This 70 sqm (750 sq ft) air conditioned apartment is on the first floor of an elevator equipped building.
It is in the heart of the historic District of San Lorenzo which has become one of the most vibrant areas of Rome, full of pubs, wine bars, pizzerias and cultural events and yet still gives the true feeling of Roman life.
This unit was renovated in May 2013 with a design that mixes handcrafted furnishings and gives particular attention to detail and colors.
The apartment accommodates four people. The entrance to the apartment leads into a
- large living room which has a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat screen TV and a small corner desk.
- A fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes a ceramic stove top, a large refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and an iron and ironing board.
- The main bedroom has a double bed and a large window.
- the 2nd bedroom has a single bed.
- The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, a hairdryer and a large, heated, towel rack.
The apartment has WiFi Internet access and all the fixtures have been updated to meet the latest standards ensuring optimal thermal and acoustic comfort. Overall, the entire apartment receives a good amount of outside light.

The nearby University of Rome has attracted many students, young couples and faculty staff to live in the area which has created a lively neighborhood.
All this activity makes it an excellent area in which to get a feeling of everyday life in Rome. The District maintains a particular charm of the Rome of the 1960’s but its mixture of older shops, bars and clubs are now mingling with trendy bistros and restaurants. Among some of the more current establishments is the Pastificio Cerere (Pasta Factory), an old factory that has been converted into an artists’ space that includes a good restaurant directly in front of the house; Said, an old chocolate lab that has expanded its activities in the area; the Tram-Tram restaurant offers typical Roman traditional food; and the Franco al Vicoletto restaurant specializing in seafood at reasonable prices.
The apartment is within easy walking distance to the Central Railroad Station and the area is well connected by public transportation to all sections of the city. On weekend evenings private traffic is not allowed in the area.

This apartment is located on the same floor as our other apartments, 003 and 029, which together can accommodate a large group up to 12 or 13 people.

For arrivals after 21 hours (9 PM) there is an extra charge of € 50 .
