Angelo was very accommodating. Great location. Loved the outside terrace.
Flavia was very welcoming and is a kind flexible host and I enjoyed talking to her (in Italian). Her student daughter is also very friendly and speaks good English. The flat as a whole and the guest room are comfortable, and it is very well located both for Roma Ostiense railway station for Fiumicino airport, the metro (Pyramide) , buses and for walking into the centre. There are good bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood eg L'Oasi della birra just along from the apartment in Piazza Testaccio where you can have a glass of good wine and as much as you can eat from the buffet up till 8pm. or La Fraschetta in Via Mastro Giorgio ( entrance round the corner) where I had the best enormous tortelloni in the freshest tomato sauce
We stayed 8 days and was pleased with the room (very spacious), cleanliness and overall comfort.
Fabrizzio gave good recommendations for restaurants, helped with our museum and tour bookings, plus taxis.

We had a very nice stay, with a very friendly host in a spacious bedroom with own seperate bathroom. We had nice chats with some helpful advises, we really can recommend this adress, quiet, not far from Trastevere, a charming host and good value for money!

we rented this appartment for the fourth time, that says enough. We will be back.
It's a lovely place in a good location, the hostess doesn't speak English, but we managed to communicate fine. It is a bit noisy as it's on the main road, and the traffic going past made the windows and even the bed shake! Having said that, this place has wonderful character, if you want a romantic and authentic experience of Rome rather than some sterile hotel, this is for you. The breakfast was good, and I would stay there again.
Our stay at this apartment was lovely. It is wonderfully situated, close to taxi stands, buses, restaurants, grocery stores, and walking distance to most of the sites a visitor to Rome wants to see. It is on a busy side street so we slept with ear plugs. Our host, Signore Petrelli, was kind and very helpful. He went out of his way to make our visit as pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend renting this apartment.
That was a lovely stay at Mr. Gian Carlo's place. The location is splendid: nearly the heart of historical Trastevere district of Rome with developed infrastructure, though quiet and peaceful. The accomodation was comfortable, the Gian Carlo's place itself is very cozy and beautifully decorated. I would like to stress that the host himself was very hospitable and helpful. There were reasons to prove that. My wife was ill and he helped us out by advising a good hospital and even giving us a lift to it. And that's only one of many things he did for us that we really do appreciate (useful recommendations, interesting conversations, good picks on where to go&see). Thanks to Gian Carlo and B&B Association of Rome in general for this awesome stay in Rome!
What a nice 10-day stay next to Campo dei Fiori! Luca is so helpful and made us very confortable. The apt is nice furnished, easy to use, very quiet with a helpful lift after the daywalks! Restaurants and food shops are very closed, buses too and most historical places are at walking distance. Thank you Luca, we'll come!

We booked for the third time with your Association, and we are very happy with the way you communicate. Very kind and helpfull. We will book again by your company when returning to Rome.
Five stars! This was a lovely, comfortable, well appointed apartment, and Livia was a very helpful and charming hostess. We will definitely stay here again!
Fabio and Amelda were excellent hosts. They go really out of their way to make you feel welcome. The breakfast is a little light but to be honest the local restaurants are so nice that a light breakfast is more than enough. There's a little bit of mould in the bathroom but our stay was so lovely that it can really be overlooked. Icing on the cake would have been a kettle in the room or even at the reception desk. I would definitely recommend it. The area is quiet and safe, close to the tourist sights, main train station and buses. Excellent value for money.
I very much enjoyed my stay with Cristina. The location is great being very close to Termini Station and many of the points of interest in Rome. The apartment is attractive and welcoming and Cristina is very helpful. This is my second stay here and will come soon!
The Piramide accommodations was a good choice for a four-day-trip to Rome. Testaccio is a nice area that is apart from the busier parts of Rome but close enough to reach the sights of the city on foot or by metro.
The apartment was excellent: guiet, well situated, well equipped, fresh (never got smoke in it). The hostess was kind, we got good map to find supermarkets and good pizzerias in neighbourhood.
The place was very clean and Gaby was very kind. It was easy to arrive and also check out.
I really enjoyed my stay here, and Alessandro was extremely helpful in providing directions, information, and organizing a taxi for us to transfer to the seaport for our cruise. Thank you!
Very friendly, nice surrounding, very quiet in a big city
Good location. Near Vatican. Easy access to transit. Large rooms. Good kitchen.
The apartment was excellent and very conveniently located. Only one suggestion: The electricity load seems to be low. If we use the washing machine, we cannot use the stove (which is electrical) at the same time. If we use them simultaneously, the power trips. Some way to improve the power load so that both can be used simultaneously would be good.
Gene is a fabulous host and he made our stay in Rome special.the breakfast he served was the best.
I just want to say that my stay at BB012 Trastevere was VERY nice. The landlord was so very accommodating and helpful. We felt as if we had our own personal tour guide. Thank you G. Carlos !!!
Spacious accommodation in an excellent location. Host was friendly and efficient. We did find the street noise a bit intrusive......bearable, but the cavalcade of motorbikes at 1 a.m. on Corso Vittorio Emmanuelle was a step too far!! The bedroom would benefit from either a fan or a small air-conditioner unit.

Valentina was a very Nice host. The appartement was near the coliseum and near the metro.
I was very happy with the accommodations. It was very clean and tidy. The one thing that became evident as the days went on was the neighbors upstairs were very noisy. They have a small child and we could hear everything that the family did but we assumed that some of the units were long term rentals and that's just the way things are in an apartment building.
The staff at the B&B Association were a huge help. They provided me with many above and beyond help. I would definitely work with them again on a future trip to Rome.
Maria Teresa was very charming and helpful, with many tips and tricks to share on Roma.
Some snacks were waiting for us in the kitchen at the arrival and we were grateful for that.
The appartement is very well located, so close from the subway and there is all the facilities you need on the place Re di Roma.
Thanks a lot for the stay
Lovely and bright apartment, very clean. It was close to the Vatican and to the Metro stop. Some excellent restaurants near by.
Everything was fine as we exspected.
We had a lovely stay in Lia's beautiful appartment, that is very authentic but with every modern comfort. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Rome and hope to stay there again ourselves one day. Thank you Lia!
Gene was so very welcoming that, from the moment I arrived, I felt more like an old friend who had come to visit than a new guest. He had contacted me well in advance to give me detailed instructions on how to find his building as well as important information on using taxis and buses. He also offered to make ticket reservations ahead of time for crowded places that I may had been planning to visit. I had been in Italy for ten hectic days traveling with a large group of children and had seen many of the major sites in Rome already. Gene greeted me at his door with a warm welcome and a cold bottle of mineral water. I told Gene I had come back alone, to relax and explore Rome on foot for a few days before flying home. There were a few churches and places I wanted to see along the way but, mostly I wanted to wander and wonder. He was very enthusiastic for my plan and immediately offered advice, local knowledge, books, maps and suggestions on where to eat, buy wine, etc. I will forever remember that first evening on the terrazzino off my room, with a pizza, bottle of wine, fresh apricots and cherries, watching the setting sunlight on the dome of St. Peter's. I will also cherish the memory of the simple elegance of the breakfasts and conversations with Gene in his lovely kitchen. The location is excellent. So close to the Vatican walls yet off the beaten path. It is a wonderful place to experience everyday life in Rome. The train and buses are just a few minutes walk, and all the major sites are easily reached on foot if you enjoy walking, which is truly the best way to experience Rome. Thank you Gene and staff of the Bed & Breakfast Association!","I am sorry I did not get to feedback sooner. I had to jump right back to work when I got home. Gene R. was wonderful!
Evelina is a top-of-the-line host, made me feel very welcome. Her home is delightful, in an ancient building and filled with interesting and good art and many books. The location could not be better.
We had a wonderful stay. My husband and I traveled as a group of four couples - my three siblings and their spouses. This was a great place. Our hostess was most helpful with tourist information. Location was fantastic ~ just a short walk to the colosseum. There are a handful of restaurants within a block of the B&B.
We would highly recommend this place!
my favourite spot from now on !
Very good facilities. Hostess didn't have much English but her son available to help. We found this very helpful as he spoke excellent English.
Cute little appartment in a great neighborhood! We were warmly welcomed by ms Gabi and everything was very clean. Although it was sometimes a bit noisy at night when you leave the windows open, it was not that bad that we couldn't sleep. I would certainly recommend this place!
Excellent B&B Room . The hostess is very kind and helpful. Everything went fine. The location is excellent near most of tourist sites. Nearby we found charming streets and restaurants. Only some noise at night , due to neighborhood.
The host was very kind and accommodating.
Conveniently placed B and B with very pleasant and helpful hostess.
3rd floor, but elevator available. Close to good restaurants. Parking a problem.
Eugene's place is in a great location with a view of St. Peter's Basilica Dome right from your balcony. He serves a great breakfast including fresh squeezed juice made from Sicilian oranges, delicious coffee, and an assortment of tasty breads. Tiger the cat is entertaining and performs a daily show. Gene has wonderful restaurant recommendations and helped us with directions and bus tickets. He is a very nice and interesting person and I will want to stay at his place again the next time I visit Rome.
Our large bedroom was artfully decorated with high ceilings and I loved being served from Diana's sterling silver. Great television set. I don't think there was any wi-fi access. My husband and I don't speak Italian; however, we all did our best to communicate and were able to arrange breakfast and departure times. It was a little tricky finding the apartment at first, but it is in a very well-secured spot and convenient to the tram. We were able to easily catch an early tram to the station where we could get on a train for the airport. Diana was kind enough to offer me an espresso before our early departure.
Very nice Apartment, bus-stop directly in front, all very good.
The accommodation was beautiful. The hostess had impeccable taste.
We enjoyed the outdoor patio surroundings for breakfast each morning. Her artwork was a joy to see, and the design and furnishings of the apartment interior were gorgeous. The location was close to transportation, shopping and dining. It was also not to far from the Villa Borghese.
We stayed in the appartement as family of 3 adults. The appartement ist large and comfortable. The appartement has 2 bathrooms and is furnished in a modern style. It is close to the Vaticano and close to Metro and to bus stations. We had to go by metro and bus to get to the Forum Romanum or to the Colosseo. It is a long walking distance to Trastevere. Although the neighboorhood is vivid the appartement itself is quiet. We could reach our hosts easily by email. It was possible to check out in the afternoon because our flight back was in the evening. We all recommend a stay in this appartement.
We really enjoyed our stay at Evelina`s B&B. The location in Via De Serpenti is great with a lot of restaurants and bars in close proximity and also a lot of interesting touristic attractions (like collosseum or Forum Romanum) in walking distance. Nevertheless the flair in Via de Serpenti is not too touristic, but really feels Italian/Roman. Our host Evelina was great: really helpful with tips and tricks and gave us a good start into the day with a breakfast according our wishes (which she asked for before our trip). The room is simple, but very nicely decorated. We can recommend the B&B to everyone who wants to enjoy some nice days in Rome.
Anna Maria was very kind and everything with the accomodation went as planned.
Good Location. Apartment clean. Kitchen poorly lit. Balcony great for outdoor eating and a pleasant bonus. Carla (on behalf of the hostess) was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful with information regarding buses etc. Altogether a pleasant stay.
kindly reception, lot of informations of rome, transport - very usefull. Two point, but not very important: there where just enough dishes for us (2 adults, 3 children) And the isolation of the window in the living room (witch was at once bedroom) is not OK. Isolation of the other windows is top!
The apartment was ok, very clean and had everything we needed to feel ok. The rooms were big, the bed sheets were ok, we found extra bed covers when it was too cold during night. Also towels were ok. the kitchen had everything we needed, including dish washing liquid.
What we didn't find and it would have been usefull: soap for hand washing.
5-10 minute taxi ride from Vatican City. Room was clean. Two single beds pushed together. Bathroom updated but tight. Host speak minimal English, son speaks moderate English. Good price for accommodations.
This accomodation was better than we expected. The host was there to meet us and explained everything about the apartment . It was very clean and had everything that we could possibly want. We were very impressed.
Knowing the area well, the apartment was perfect for us to stay in Rome. Trionfale Market is 2 blocks away, and there are plenty of grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants. Vatican and Cola di Rienzo are 15 min walk, and the museum 5 min walk. It is very conveniently located in terms of public transportation (Metro/Bus/Night bus) and attractions. Very safe neighborhood.
We had a very pleasant stay and we would like to come back again!
Anna Maria and William were very helpful and everything was according to instruction. The studio was perfect and in a very attractive building. I should mention there was a late fee which we did not expect, as the time of our arrival was night, but we were not late. This accomodation is very well located for convenient transport. Thank you Anna Maria and William.
The main attraction of this apartment for my husband and I was its location: close to the Vatican and close and easy access to the subway (the apartment is 5 minutes walk to the Ottaviano station on line A). Since we were staying for 7 weeks (work related stay), we were very happy to find the Trionfale market literally down the street (3 minute walk), with everything one could possibly want for a prolonged stay. The owner was very accomodating to our needs, and made every attempt to help us settle into the city and the apartment. He was available through email, since we had no cell phones with us. He met with us on a Sunday, and even agreed to change the time of our meeting to accomodate an early arrival on our part. The air conditioning was very welcome during the last weeks of our stay, and the kitchen is fairly stocked with what one needs: a toaster would be a welcome addition for North American tourists. We thank Antonio for leaving us a bottle of wine upon our arrival, along with several items such as coffee, pasta, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, as well as everything required to wash dishes, clean the apartment and do our laundry. This is the second time we have booked a long stay (two different apartments) in Rome through B and B Rome and we will definitely continue to book through this system. Our experiences with other online booking systems has not been as seamless and accomodating as with the B and B association of Rome. It is important to us that the information provided online is exact and clear, and that our queries regarding the accomodation are replied to in a timely fashion. These elements are a priority for us in organizing our stay. The B and B association of Rome provided all the information we needed, as well as responding quickly to our questions regarding the apartment. Thanks.
Everything was excellent. One thing you can complain about is location, but still - it's very close to metro station, so getting to city centre lasts not more than 30 minutes. Everything else was excellent and worth recommending.
Our stay was great. We had an apartment in a residential area allowing us to have a more authentic experience. The location was handy to a shopping area and to many shops and local cafés. There is a market close by where you can buy everything fresh. Frederic's was most accommodating. He is friendly, helpful and speaks English also. We had internet service and cable and fully equipped kitchen. I would recommend this for any large group. Thanks!

Very nice apartment. Maybe more or better pictures could stimulate visits.
Great location. Fabio a wonderful host, very helpful.
I enjoyed my stay with Maria very much! She's a great host, very kind and helpful with any questions that might arise. I was attendig a meeting at Piramide so the location was perfect for me. Very comfy and well kept bedroom, not facing the street. There were loads of choices for breakfast including fresh fruit and home made cookies every morning, I absolutely loved it!
The best thing with the accomodation was according to me its location. It was close enough for us to walk to all sightseeing events.
This was a great place to stay not only because of the accommodations but the host Christina R. was great. Very nice open person who helped us get around Rome.Really wonderful. We have already recommended it to friends
We selected this B&B based on a recommendation by The B&B Association; it proved a perfect recommendation! Mrs S., our hostess, was excellent. She was always "there", but never "in the way". Nice breakfast tastefully presented. Afternoon tea a couple times as a courtesy. Suggestions on sites we may want to consider. Etc., etc. I would definitely reccomend her to any friends planning a Rome visit.
This is just to say that we found everything to be comfortable and in working order in the flat we rented in Via Tuscolana and had a wonderful time with our friends who were renting a place close by. We will recommend the flat to anyone who asks us about Rome accommodation in future.

The apartment is very spacious, bright and quiet, with even a garden to drink your coffee. Everything you need after walking around in Rome, a good shower, a small kitchen and a very comfortable bed. To go to the centre you can take a bus or the metro, both closeby; the neighborhood is nice with a daily market for fruit etc., a bakery and some cafés. The hostess, Lia, is very helpful and friendly. We can recommend this place to everybody.
Location of the apartment is excellent. Licated at the 6th floor. Nevertheless it is a bit noisy. Equipment is good. We enjoyed our stay. Host is very friendly.

Livia gave us a very warm welcome and helped us out finding a ride to and fro the airport. She also had good tips for going about in Rome.
It is our second stay in two years in San Cosimato through the B&B Assn of Roma and arrangements and professionalism couldn't have been better. Our requirements were difficult - bathtub in bathroom and first floor or elevator building and the assn. found both. The organization kept up regular communication, and after we were put in touch with our hostess, she was very helpful. The hostess solved our problem of transportation from Fiumicino to Trastevere before we knew we had it, lining up a limo driver so that we wouldn't have to manage our luggage by ourselves and getting us to an awkward part of the city which some taxi drivers are not familiar with. Although she was not able to accommodate our breakfast in her living quarters, she had arranged for our colazione at a hotel just steps away from the front door. Despite San Cosimato being a very busy place, it was very quiet in the building. The location was terrific as it was within minutes of restaurants, ATM, tabacchi shop (for transportation tickets), a little supermarket, tram stop, and, most importantly, walking distance to central Rome. Our hostess even saw us off as we said goodbye. We recommend her unreservedly. privfeed :

From Cristina making us feel very welcome to the comfort and cleanliness of the room it made our visit a memorable one.
This was my second stay in this B&B and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. The welcome is fantastic, greeted with drink and biscotti. Close to Termini Station and within easy walking distance to the sights. privfeed : Many thanks to Daniela for making our stay in Rome even more enjoyable. The service from B&B Association is very good too.
Fantastic host! Warm and welcoming, prepared with all the information you could possibly need about Rome.
Nice place, very peaceful, a bit far from the centre. Mrs B. is very kind and willing to help, even when you ask for breakfast at 6:30 in the morning. I felt like at home. I will sure recommend this place to my friends.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Rome and would like to thank you for your help in finding accommodation and congratulate you on an excellent website full of useful information. Also, our host Mr. P. was superb, so helpful and friendly which added to our enjoyment.
Wunderbare Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Our little B&B in the garden was very private and relaxing after a noisy day in Rome. We especially liked the Goldfish pond with the water fountain. It was very soothing.
The Breakfast was very good with yogurt and fruit and cheese and bread and jam. It kept us going until dinner. The location is excellent. Ours hosts were very helpful.
Thank you for our stay. It was very easy to book this B&B and it felt safe booking it through an Association. It was a very unique place and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Wonderful location, central location to all the ruins. Apartment could have been better equipped. (dishes, glasses, etc.) I would definitely recommend B&B Association of Rome to my travelling friends when booking their accommodation.
For us this was a great location. We love the Trastevere neighbourhood with its abundance of restaurants, interesting shops, historic sights and small streets and yet with easy access to the more touristy areas of Rome. Our hostess was very welcoming and accommodating. The location is just steps from a daily (except Sunday) farmers market, very handy for picking up delicious fruit for al fresco snacks. Breakfast is provided at a nice cafe just across the street.
Friendly host and lovely apartment.
The host couple are so nice, made me feel like home, gave me so many useful advices and supports, provided us very lovely breakfast. The bungalow is so lovely, in the sweet garden, very privately as well. The dogs and cats are lovely also. The location is cool, near the train station, with tram and bus, can easily go to the view points. It has been a very nice time when staying there.

This is the second time we stayed at BB092 and we thoroughly enjoyed the place. The location is really convenient and the room is filled with natural light and it stays very cool in the evening. We will definitely go back next time when we are in Rome.
Dear Luca, We have had a great stay in Roma and love your apartment! It has been a great "nest" for us in a wonderful location. We love having the air conditioning on while we are sleeping. It is clean and comfortable, and we are so glad we found it. Grazie Mille,
We enjoyed our stay by Cristina. The room was enjoyable and clean. The apartment was cosy. Cristina made sure we got Italian coffee every morning as well as continental breakfast. The location was excellent near Termini station and Rome’s most famous attractions. Cristina’s B&B was really more interesting place to stay than a standard hotel.
Tout s'est tres bien passé. L'appartement est tres propre, les informations de la propriétaire ont été très utiles.
This apartment was conveniently located, quiet, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It's not luxury living, but we liked it. In the early evenings, we opened the windows to hear a guitar player serenading customers at the restaurant below--felt like a free concert! We are a family of 5 and would stay there again. It was especially nice to have AC and two bathrooms. We had a good experience with Marie and with the apartment host, both of whom were very helpful and nice. A few things not noted in existing reviews: The mattresses are VERY firm (which was fine for us), and the WiFi has a minimum charge of 10 Euro and a very weak signal--ok for exchanging email, but we had no luck getting to websites or images.
Christina is very easy to work with, quick and responsive with e-mail questions, directions, etc. Her apartment is spotless, convenient to many restaurants one block over and only a few blocks from the train station and metro. The internet connection is quick, the air conditioner was appreciated. We were happy with our decision to stay there.
Excellent thank you!
My husband and I enjoyed staying at this B&B. The room and bathroom were cozy and clean. The hostess was very gracious and hospitable. She was readily willing to help when the airline lost my luggage by allowing me to use her number as a contact since my phone doesn't work over seas. The location of the B&B was very convenient to the Termini station and therefore public transportation to the rest of the city. It may not be the most glamorous neighborhood, but I felt safe and its convenience was exactly what I wanted! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality in Rome!
Eugene is a very warm and cheerfull person; Very good breakfast, and again, Eugene is very helpfull and knowl. If you like movie production and associates, you will be delighted ! Thanks Gene . PS: Say Hi to Tiger for us !

We had a great time at Federica's B&B and we will definitly go back if we stay in Rome again! The room was clean and welcoming. Federica is a little shy but always ready to help if you ask! She said her English was bad but we understood each others perfectly well. We loved the breakfast! Espacially the coffee & the biscotti <3
The Bed & Breakfast at San Cosimato was perfect for our brief stay in Rome. The rooms were beautifully and tastefully decorated and the air-conditioning was a welcome escape from the warm days. The space accommodated me, my wife, and son very comfortably. The neighborhood in Trastevere was a great experience and quite different from the city center, while still being centrally located to everything we wanted to do/see. We look forward to staying here again!

Everything was good abd we had access to the entire establishment. Thank you very much. If we come to Roma again we will begin with you. Have a great rest of year.
Close to Termini station. Nice flat with two rooms. Quiet and calm.
The stay was perfectly organized by you and the whole process was really easy. Valentina, we stayed with, was an awesome person. Very welcoming. She explained everything to us in the beginning and even gave us some good restaurant tips in the area. We have only seen her in the very beginning, as we had to leave early in the morning. She asked us to put the key in her office. I found it great to get to know such a trusting person. That made us feel very comfortable when sleeping in the apartment. The apartment itsself is great, everything you need can be found. Valentina even left some jam, milk and butter in the fridge for us to use. The apartment is not very bright as the window goes out to the back of the house but it's very quiet. If you therefore do not plan to stay in the apartment at day time, the apartment is perfect to see all locations. We could walk to every sight and even walked back at night. The apartment is closest to the Collosseum and the Forum Romanum but also everything else can be reached by a little walk. We perfectly enjoyed our stay in Rome and would recommend the apartment of Valentina as well as booking through the Bed & Breakfast Association of Rome.
Nochmals Danke an unsere Host.
We have been staying with Marcello for four nights, and it was such a pleasure! Everything worked -- he and we were on time, the room and bath were in excellent condition, and the breakfast was a pleasure!!
Gene was a great host. He had great recommendations for our trip. Looked forward to chatting with Gene every morning at breakfast. Included with breakfast was fresh fruit and fresh squeezed OJ from pickings at the market. Great view from the balcony of the bedroom.
Communication between myself and the B&B host was extremely difficult as neither of us spoke the other's language. I also found the information given/left for us regarding public transport was less than satisfactory. A better map of the residing area would have been more helpful. When we did see the hostess, she was extremely gracious and generous as she could be. In saying all that, I would certainly recommend the accommodation and will certainly look into rebooking the B&B when I am next in Rome.
This was a nice place with a very friend
Livia was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was perfect. Lots of space and Very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and well kept. At the end of the street is a fruit and vegetable store and a butcher and around the corner a pastry and coffee shop. Well located, 20-25 min. walk to Vatican and a bus stop at 30 seconds from the apt. Livia had coffee an breakfast items for us. It was great and I highly recommend it. The B&B association was also great to deal with!
Gene is very friendly and very helpful. He made our stay in Rome special. I warmly recommend him.

Matilde was a fantastic host. We throughly enjoyed our stay in her place. Great location. 5 mins to MTR. Great local cafe on the corner.
Really enjoyed our stay, great apartment in nice neighbourhood and close to Metro. Host Lila was really welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a light continental breakfast each morning in the living room of the B&B. Self service after the first day. The bedroom itself was small, with an attached bathroom, and a half timbered ceiling to give it charm. there was just enough space to roll our luggage around the bed. We had space to unpack and to store the shoes. The elevator worked fine while were were in Rome. Our flight arrived late, so we called the hostess from the airport, and she was able to meet us to check us in and share her knowledge of the neighborhood and of good places to see in Rome. The B&B is convenient to churches of Mary Maggio and Peter in Chains, home of Michelangelo's Moses, the Colosseum and the Apian way. it is just 3 blocks from the transportation, which made it easy for us to get to places outside Rome, and to use the subway to get to the Vatican, and the Trevi fountain. our hostess was always available by text to handle questions or assist us with difficulties we had. Through her efforts we had a memorable stay in Rome.
Dear Marie, Thank you for your kind assistance. Everything worked smoothly and we truly enjoyed our stay. Gloria is a very good host, and the rooms are awesome. We will recommend Bed & Breakfast Association of Rome, you, Gloria and the rooms to everyone visiting Rome We hope to come back. All the best,

Mrs Valentina P. kindly waited for us at the apartment and explained everything to make out stay succesful! We appreciated the apartment very much: it is very quiet, convenient and very well located in Rome, just as we liked it. Handy to make your own meals in the convenient kitchen. We will certainly recommend the apartment to relatives and friends ! Valentina, thanks for your hospitality !
The apt location was perfect, plenty of room and so close to all the public transportation and great dining options. Would gladly stay there again. The owner Lila was very helpful.
the hostess at the appt at Cavour was wonderful. There was also a full fridge and cupboard with breakfast supplies, which was very much appreciated! Very friendly and gave good tips. The appartment was somewhat smaller than expected (especially the shower was very small!) and beds were rather uncomfortable.
We had a great stay in Rome! This apartment was in a perfect location, close to a metro station, the testaccio market, and several great restaurants! It was nice I be able to get away from the business of the center and to just relax in the cozy apartment. The cappuccino bar below was cheap and staff very friendly! We went the every morning. The apartment was very clean and the main bed comfy. Coach bed is not as comfortable for good enough for a few nights! Everything you need and more in the kitchen! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
The room was very comfortable and the balcony was lovely. Short walk to the historic center and other interesting sites.
Perfect location, 5 min walk to st peter's square, and easy walk to many sights, but with good bus service also. Adjacent to st peter's station, for train to Civitavecchia, if joining a ship, straightforward and much cheaper than a taxi. Nearby shops and cafes/restaurants, if tired after your days sightseeing. Gene has 2 pet cats; is kind and interested in people. He also has outstanding local knowledge, and will help by calling to make reservations or checking timetables etc. He squeezes fresh juice, chops fresh fruit and makes good coffee as part of breakfast, and will chat happily, but also gives you space. There is a small elevator to the 4th floor, and secure entry to the building.Bedroom is quaint, bathroom lovely- but the highlight is the balcony, with the view of the dome of st peter's, on which you can sit in the sun! Just as in the photo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Gene-Salut, Gene!
Excellent location, both convenient to walk around the city (we took neither the bus nor the underground) and to have a drink and/or dinner at night (Monti is a really cool place). Paola is a super host, she gave us some tips (restaurant, places to see...). The room is both confortable and quiet. One blemish however : there is no window, which means no light in the room. But that is okay if you do not intend to spend too much time in the room (which might be the case in such a great city !)
Sweet and friendly host. Good option for public transport 25 min to downtown. Simple by bus and metro. Our friendly host offered to drive us to the metro May 1 because there were no buses. She had bought flowers on request, for our wedding anniversary. The area fine. Good local restaurant, and a small supermarket. One very small minus was that she did not speak English well, but we found out that by writing and she understands. We already have Recommendend Mrs. B. to our friends. Next time we go to Rome we like to saty at the same place again. She get our best recommendations.
Nice place to stay, nice area!!
The owner could not have been nicer - friendly, helpful and flexible. This was a repeat visit to the property and we would certainly try to get it again on any future visit to Rome.
Booking excellent with rapid answers and a wish to do the best for the customer. The host very nice and helpful, and we were very good taken care of. Walking distance to most of the interesting/tourist parts of central Rome, so for us, keen walkers, it was a perfectly situated spot in a nice part of Rome.

We do love the little apartment Trilussa. were there for the second time and certainly will be back. However, do have a look at the bottom of the bed. One of the wooden planks is missing, it makes it a bit awkward to sit on the end of the bed.
Hi Marie, have just arrived home to Munich and I am eager to give feedback on the flat we have rented for 4 nights in the Testaccio neighbourhood. The flat was lovely just as described, perhaps a bit noisy but got used to it after the first night.:-) It was already my third time in Rome but this time it was (again) totally different. It was amazing to go to the market nearby, talk to the locals, buy pasta and cheese and cook my favourite Roman dish caccio e peppe! Felt really at home... would definitely suggest everybody to dive deep into Rome and start it by renting a flat via B&B Rome Association. Thanks for the lovely support, Marie.
No complaints. Friendly host, apartment as promised.Couldn't have asked for anything more than that.
The location was excellent and Evelina was the perfect host. Though this is a noisy section of town we were able to block out the weekend revelers with an iPhone white noise app. When we visit Rome again we will stay with Evelina again, we loved her.
Super stay at Rome, close to the center, bus and tram in front of B&B. Thanks a lot.
This is a great B&B! Quiet and comfortable. Loved the location; it is so close to the metro. Simonetta was a wonderful hostess. We received help with decisions, by knowing the area so well Simonetta was able to help us decide what would be better for a rainy day. She used her personal computer to purchase "skip the line" tickets to the Vatican and reservations for the Borgese museum. But most of all when personal items like €$ were left in the vault she was honest and showed integrity by returning ALL items. Going out of her way. We were 3 women feeling safe in her care. Must Stay in this B&B! Thank you Simonetta
The only problem was the breakfast. We wanted to wake up early to visit things without doing the queue. So it would have been good to have the breakfast before (7h30) but the breakfast was only at 8h30 not before. I think they can do an effort maybe sometimes if the client want to get up early so they can prepare the breakfast one hour before. But We had the breakfast at the restaurant next the our home but really poor and not so good so. Maybe the can be more flexible for the hour for the breakfast. But the rest was really good! The girl who advice me for the place to state with your organisation was really really nice. Thank her for the advice and the time she took for us to explain things and help us to decide.
We had a wonderfull stay at the bed and breakfast Trastevere Station. It is located really near the station, from where you can rach the whole city, but also the airport. The hostess is very helpfull in discovering the nice places in Rome and the good places to eat. The appartment is clean, great comfort, wifi, television, a good bed, the kitchen fully equipped.
Gene was lovely - friendly and helpful, without crowding.
To make it more comfortable to be in the room, a small table with water kettle for tea or coffee would be nice. There was plenty of space in the room. Shower could be better, toilet made a lot of noise. Further stay was very good, and very nice that a late arrival including flight delay was no problem. We would recommend this accomodation to friends!
Great location. Clean accommodation, quiet. Helpful host.
Luca was the perfect host, the apartment was well equipped and and clean. The location was perfect and really close to all the cities sites. A fantastic trip!
A perfect flat for 2 persons near campo Fiori. Clean, modern furniture, the bed was very comfortable. The host very helpful.
We have enjoyed our stay and accommodation in Rome. The accomodation and its situation at Campo di Fiori was very nice. The services of the host were correct and according our appointment. Next time we hope to meet again.
Everything was o.k. Will use it next time. The only problem: the people in the upper app. : very noisy in the evening until - at least - midnight. The welcome by Luca R. was very friendly , he was of exceoptional willigness to help us. thank's a lot.
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. It is very well decorated and comfort. Our hostess was very nice and welcoming, she recommended us nice places to eat. It is 10 minutes walk from Trastevere. We hope to see you again Anna Maria!
Isabella was fantastic to deal with, very helpful and available. We loved the location, bus and trams close and local caves at local prices. The bright apartment was a great change from the usual muted travelling decor and it had everything, including extras like oil, spices, washing powder, umbrellas and guidebooks for Rome. Secure downstairs courtyard was ideal for our boys to use up some energy! Highly recommended.
A bright, airy flat with beautiful high ceilings. Great location in a typical Roman neighbourhood - 10 minutes from Vatican museums, close to metro, buses, and the fantastic Trionfale market. Perfect accommodation for a family of 4-5. We would stay here again!
We enjoyed our stay.
We stayed one week in December in this hidden gem in Trastevere. In fact in our own little cottage in the sheltered, peaceful garden belonging to our very attentive and kindly hostess. A perfect location, central and very quiet, a delicious breakfast and all we needed - we were even invited to a celebration in their Zen-center. We will be back!
Nice appartement, very clean bright. Only downside was the bed. We could have hoped for a more soft one.
The apartment is exactly as described, EXCElLENT location, not on a busy street so noise is not an issue as with most locations in Trastevere. Ms. Gabi was very kind, responsive and had the apt impecable at our arrival, she even recommended nearby restaurants and places to catch a great pizza! thanks for a great weekend.
Very spacious apartment and very quiet. Quick walk to the tram, train station, and bus stop. Restaurants and grocery nearby. Great view from the balcony. Best place we stayed on this trip to Europe.

Dear Marie Just to say we had another wonderful stay in Rome last week. Thank you. The accommodation was excellent. Regards
The apartment was convenient and met our needs.
This appartment in the historical center of Rome is clean, spacious for 4 persons and surprisingly quiet although it is located very near to Campo dei fiori. The host is very kind and helpfull. A perfect place to be in such a lovely city like Rome.
Viola was right there when we arrived and was very helpful and nice. The apartment is ideally situated at walking distance from the most exciting sites and very close to a metro station. It is situated on the inside of the building so no street noise. The furnishing is OK but only if you spend all day and evening in the city (which is what you are in Rome for anyway).
This B & B is ideally situated for visiting many sites of Rome. With private bath and excellent bedroom, it has all the amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. Host is very helpful with restaurant suggestions and with any bookings required.
This is my second stay in the apartment and my wife and I are most satisfied. Love the neighborhood and Giangiacomo C. is a most accommodating rental agent and his assistant Pamela maintains the apartment in excellent condition.
We stayed at this apartment with my sister and my mom. We found the apartment perfect for us, very luminous, spacious and clean, fully equipped, very comfortable even for 4 persons. The kitchen is great, everything you can need is there. The location is also very convenient, the metro stop is just one block away, there is an internet/call shop just besides and one can walk until Basilica San Giovanni very easily (15 to 20 min walk). There is also one of the best Gelaterias (from my point of view) just in the round about, where the metro stop is. The only thing I did not like was that a "very" rude neighbor was complaining about the noise in the stairs, and she was shouting at us saying that there were many old sick people in the building...
We had a wonderful stay!
Excellent location, very convenient and close to public transports, though quiet. Which is appreciable in Roma. Nice old style furniture. Breakfast was however too basic with no fresh bread or similar, but biscottes and supermarket cookies. Difficult to have a dialog with the hostress If you don't speak italian.
The Flat is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We really liked the fact that it was away from the crowds. Th nearby market is excellent as well. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a wonderful place to stay and we will comeback for sure.
We had a really great stay! The hostess was really friendly, helpful, available and english was no problem. The apartment/sheets/towels were clean, it was quiet as the windows lead to the backyard, there was basic breakfast in fridge/cupboard, recommendations for restaurants in the area and travel guides.
Gene's B&B was perfect for us - He is a wonderful host and provided lots of great information as needed on Rome and on restaurants etc. to check out in the neighborhood, even going the extra mile to do things such as reserve a taxi for us and make a dinner reservation at a local restaurant. Would definitely recommend to any party of 1-2 persons traveling to Rome. Great location with nice balcony overlooking St. Peter's.
This is an excellent apartment with outstanding comforts! The host was brilliant: polite, efficient and professional! Best of luck to you for finding such a fantastic deal!
Our hosts are very welcoming and very helpful with restaurant bookings and advice on using buses, trams and trains. The accommodation is only two train stops from the Vatican, and most places easily accessed by bus or tram, combined with the Metro. The bungalow is compact, but everything needed is there. The garden bungalow is quiet and peaceful and we felt safe there. A delicious breakfast was served at a time convenient for us.
Nice comfortable basement unit with adequate space and plenty of light. Clean. Tasty breakfast with many choices.
Very good location, nice and clean apartment with basic facilities.
We had a very nice room and we enjoyed very much the large terrace in the quiet and green residential surroundings. A good breakfast was served every morning in the very nicely decorated living room (the chandeliers were so nice!!) and last but not least : Mrs. B. is a perfect hostess, very attentive to the needs of her guests.
Lovely apartment, modern and spacious. Close to the Vatican.
It was our second time in this apartment. Absolutely top! We will go again for sure.
Nick and I had a really nice welcome into Roma, staying in this little oasis. The accommodation was compact, but served all of our needs. It was tucked into a backyard of beautiful green, and it felt very peaceful. I would return to this location again- it was easy to find after a long journey, it was central, and it was close to a train station. Perfect!
This b&b with only two bedrooms fits well a group of 3-4 persons as you get your privacy. We enjoyed our family celebration in this surrounding. The rooms and bathrooms were large, comfortable and clean. We liked the location in Trastevere with plenty of restaurants in the walking distance. All the sightseeing was also in a walking distance for us.
We loved the apartment, the terrace was fabulous, and everything in excellent condition. Very safe and secure. Super high ceilings, large windows, breezy and bright. Could not figure out how to connect to wifi via phone but not really an issue. This is a great neighbourhood, lots of shops, fresh produce within 2 minutes, grocery stores, everything you need. A short walk to Termini (10-15 minutes) with public transportation connections to all parts of the city. Highly recommend to anyone who can walk, otherwise bus service is a bit limited the 492 was slow but connected to key historic sites - bus stop within 2 minutes of apartment. Street noise a bit loud but double windows helped alot.
A wonderful place to stay and we will certainly return.
Cristina has a lovely home and was there to greet me when I arrived. I would recommend her B & B to anyone needing to stay near the Termini. It is also within walking distance of many of Romes attractions.
Via Cavour is centrally located, simply appointed, clean and very secure. Our hostess Valentina, on behalf of Mrs. P., made arrangements for us to be received and welcomed at our requested time and has always proven personable, attentive and helpful with guidebooks and personal recommendations. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen gave us the option to breakfast and dine-in, and, for two people who love to walk, whether to the Termini or to attractions large and small, the location is very much to our liking. We have chosen this comfy appartemento as our "home away from home" on two occasions and have found it excellent value.
Our stay in your apartment was very good. We are very thankful that you arranged the bedrooms prior to our arrival based on the number of couples and even put a bed for the baby. The rooms were comfortable, having two bathrooms make it easier for big families, and having the kitchen fully equipped help a lot when travelling with kids. We also loved you collection of travel books and the restaurants recommendation near the house, we went to a nice pizza place near Colloseo. The apartment is very well located. It was pretty easy to move around Rome from it, it has easy access from Buses, Tram and Metro. We will recommend to have a wifi connection at the apartment, as we travel with tablets and internet connection at night is appreciated. Please tell to you wife that the pie was delicious, the little one love it! I recommend the apartment for big families.
thank you again, I ve been to Rome a few times (lucky me:-)) but this b&b was the best so far. Clean, great location, and the area is nice as well. so really thx for the support.
Our hostess Flaminia was very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, with a king bed, comfortable sofa, armoire, and plenty of room for our baggage. The walls were covered with numerous paintings and the recessed lighting around the ceiling was not only functional but attractive. The Air Conditioning was quiet and effective, when needed. An elevator made it easy to come and go with baggage. The location was quiet and a few blocks away from lots of restaurants and cafes. To get into central Rome, we walked or took the Line 8 tram (a few blocks walk). A very pleasant place to stay.
Dear Marie, Returned from Rome late Friday, We had a wonderful time, weather gorgeous, managed to see the main sites and walked our shoes off. The flat was wonderful. Modern, of a very high standard with Daniela, and thankfully her daughter Hilaria who spoke good English, there to meet us when we arrived. Ideal distance into Rome. We didn’t take the bus. Would definitely recommend it as an excellent value for money place to stay in Rome. Kind regards.
Met by hosts at apartment and made to feel very welcome. Lift was good for luggage. Shown around apartment, map and public transport information provided, a few basic necessities were welcome. Very clean, bright and airy. Courtyard was a great facility and much enjoyed. Supermarket nearby. Thank you Daniela, Bruno and Ilaria. Recommend this apartment which is a bus trip and train trip from Termini.
Me and my son (19) stay at gene'b&b for 3 night. The locatin is very good. Most of the time we walk to the sites and if not gene give us good informatin about the altrrnatives. Gene was very freindly, helpfull and cooperative .The room is small and you can go out to small balcony from where you can see San Peitro Dome. We use it when we were in the room. Even that the room small it didn't trouble our privacy. The bed is Pull-out bed but it has very good and comfortable mattress. The bathroom is across the hallway privet only to the b&b and it was clean. We like very much our stay in Gene's b&b .

We were satisfied with the accommodation. Our host Mauricio was really kind an helpful. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Maybe the shower corner could be bigger. Breakfast was prepared by our host every morning- fresh, tasty and Italian- it was nice.
Highly recommend http://www.b-b.rm.it!!! Thank you.
Had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Great location, convenient for the local market and coffee shops. Close to the metro and easy to make your way around.

We had a lovely time in Rome and Bertoni is a great hostess. She gave us maps with all the important bus stops marked and really helped us to view all the best sites in Rome. She is funny and very sweet - she really made our stay memorable.
Well firstly - no soapy scum and no dog barking in the night, at least not when my wife and I went there last September (2013). And oh yes! It is a lovely apartment which has made few concessions to modernity - it has a real atmosphere. There was a very basic tv which sufficed (we hadn't come to Rome to watch tv). Mr.Q. provided a very useful "places to go guide" - we took up a few of his offers.
Completely ignorant of Rome I wasn't too sure about the choice of area as it doesn't have the best reputation BUT it was really lovely. The first night we went out to grab something from a nearby "tavola calda". We thought we'd do a little excursion and ten minutes later the beautifully lit Coliseum appeared. (We felt very safe throughout our stay)
The Esquiline also has the big advantage of having the main transport hub centred there. And of course a some famous churches. It was an unforgettable stay which this high-roofed apartment with its quirky small bath and kitchen and fitted wardrobes from another era, made all the more memorable.
Dear Marie, wanted to let you know what a fantastic, awesome, wonderful time we had in ROMA! Our host, Eugene R., was excellent. Gave us lots of tips for restaurants, bus routes, etc. I highly recommend his place! Was especially helpful as his American origan greatly helped us in understanding the history of the city. Thanks to you also, for all your prompt correspondence! Have a good day and hope to encounter you again when we visit ROMA (hopefully soon). Ciao!
Michelle was always there to answer questions for us and Fabrizio helped us make our Vatican reservation. They were both so helpful, loved the location, friendly, clean. And way above average breakfast. Couldn't ask for anything better.
This was our first experience at B& B and we (wife and I) were pleasantly surprised. Location is excellent, walking distance to Vatican and restaurants. Free wifi was convienience and the hostess Jayma was welcoming, pleasant and service oriented. A whole great experience.Highly recomended.
Our hostess was outstandingly kind and really could not do enough to help us. Incredibly accommodating she helped book tickets and recommended some excellent venues for dinner as well as places to see. We cannot wait to return!!!!!
Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
Absolutely spectacular location; very clean
The situation was excellent, it´s possible to go by foot to the turistic places. Some street noise at mornings, but not really a big problem. The owner was kind. Very good bed.Recommended.
The apartment was everything we wished for for a short stay. It was basic but clean and appealing in a very convenient area within walking distance of most places of interest. Our host Signor R. was delightful and accommodating. The only drawback was an occasionally noisy neighbor and drinkers in the lane but although this worried my husband I did not hear it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone not noise sensitive. The lift was a bonus too.
When we first arrived, we found the stove not working, but as Gabriella was available, she had it fixed within an hour. During our 4 day stay, on day 3, the Wifi signal quit, however, Gabriella allowed us to use her computer down the hall. The bathroom sink was slow to drain (clogged), but I did not complain about it, probably should have. All in all, we enjoyed this little spot. The location was excellent and our host was very accommodating. - Deborah White
- In this apartament a Wi-Fi connection is not foreseen.
Great host!! Close to statiom!
Enjoyed our stay in this location. Just a short walk (about 6 blocks) to the metro and 10 min to the Vatican. The shower was strong, hair dryer was great, just like home. American coffee maker available and host was very helpful, made great restaurant recommendations and called a taxi for us for the flight home. He was very accommodating and available via email.
A very nice apartment near the Vatican - quiet location - requires approximately a 15 minute walk to nearest metro station so not good if walking tolerance is poor unless you want to also utilize the bus system
03-09-2013, Belgium (resident in Spain)
Very nice and well decorated appartment (we had booked it all with friends). Comfortable beds and good bathrooms. good location (3 tram stops from Piazza de Popolo), relatively quiet and out of the massive tourists places. little supermarket nearby and some tipical bars and restaurants (excellent trendy bar just in front). Breakfast very "RyanAir" type; and experienced A/C breakdown in one of the bedrooms making last night very hot (and the leak damaged some of the presents we had bought for taking back home). Good quality/price ratio. we will most probably repeat the experience. Xavier Vandeneycken.
We have talked with the hostess and she will improve the breakfast (within the limits of the regional regulation).
This apartment is in an excellent location, central to everything in Rome. It is just steps away from the Re di Roma Metro stop. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is spacious with one bedroom and the living room, which has a fold-out couch. We were there for four days and would definitely stay again. The hostess, Maria Teresa, was very helpful and kind. The one drawback to this apartment would be that if you are not used to being in a large city, it can be noisy if you keep the windows open, with traffic sounds and the nearby restaurants/bars. However, I used earplugs at night and it was fine. The noise abates by midnight.
Katharina L.
Salty breakfast food is now available upon request.
The apartment was at the best possible location for us, right next to the markets at Campo dei Fiori. We were traveling with an infant and a toddler, and Luca made sure that we were well taken care of. He even brought a crib with a new package of sheets for us. My family and I couldn't be happier with the accommodations and the service. Thanks!
Our host was wonderful! Provided us with a guide book to tackle Rome's many sites which was fantastic.
Hej Marie och tack för all hjälp. Vi vill verkligen rekommendera denna lägenhet till alla som väljer att bo i Rom. Jättebra och enkelt! Tack för tipset vi kommer att återkomma!
We loved the location of our apartment. The apartment was clean and well appointed although when we arrived it was quite hot inside. I would suggest a new chopping board and some larger cups!Everything elase was perfect.

My boyfriend and i stayed with Marcello for ten days and it was just delightful. We chose to ask Marcello to pick us up from the airport. Which i strongly recommend, not only because of the convenience, but also we were able to have a chat about the area and the sites and restaurants to go to during our stay. We had a wonderful stay and Marcello's guesthouse and i would recommend it to any guest looking to stay in Rome.
Our friendly host Gene helped us more than we expected - he had some really valuable tips on what to see and do in Rome. We really enjoyed our cozy stay, couldn't have asked for more!
The campo de Fiori location was wonderful and the host was very kind. The air conditioning and the wifi access was very much appreciated and we felt safe in this apartment. However, I do have 2 suggestions to help improve the comfort of the stay: a softer bed and a dish cloth to dry the dishes.
location of apartment can hardly be any better. it was well equipped, at least for our needs. aircon was definitely welcome, especially as the ceiling fan didn't work. would recommend this place.

The service we received from BED & BREAKFAST Association of Rome and Luca (the appartment owner) were both excellent. The appartment was perfect, the location was great, everything was clean and tidy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Very handy location close to metro and dirrect train line from airport. The apartment was a surprise because we didn't expect it to be so clean and comfortable. The big surprise about the location was the proximity to Eatily. An amazing food source and supermarket. Google it up. We ate there 6 times in the 7 days we stayed there. All at different food venues with clean cheap food , which is what everyone searches for when they travel. It is a 20 minute walk to the Coloseum which probably is the MAIN tourist attraction in Rome Lila went out of her way to help us when we asked for help. I would highly recommend staying here.
ME AND MY WIFE, WE BEEN GUESTS AT B&B84. THE BEDROOM HAD A BIG BED. THE AIR CONDITIONS IN THE ROOM WORK VERY WELL. THE BEDROOM OPEN INTO A LOVELY TERRACE WHERE WE ENJOY OUR MORNING COFFEE. SPEAKING OF BREAKFAST THE OWNER( SIGNORA ELISSA) WENT OUT OF HER WAY AND BUY FOR US EGGS BECAUSE WE TOLD HER WE LIKE THEM FOR BREAKFAST APART FROM HAM,JAM,CAKES,ETC..... SHE ALSO TOLD US ABOUT SOME NICE PLACES TO VISIT WHICH WHERE NOT ON TOURIST MAPS. WE WHERE REALLY IMPRESS WITH HER HOSPITALITY. 10 OUT OF10 STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
The location was great because it was just a little bit away from the great crowds of central Rome. The bus stop was very close so we could easily get into the centre. However, just like the rest of Rome, it was not quiet because the bedrooms faced onto the main street so the windows had to be closed at night. This was OK because there was airconditioning in the flat. I would be very reluctant to stay in an apartment where there was no aircon.
Very satisfied with accomodation, clean and pleasent place. A little bit uncofortable with shared bathroom as all guests mostely needs it at same time :)and breakfast too sweet with not many choice. But we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. Would also reccomend to use their transfer option for those who are arriving by plane....the guy is very reliable and sweet.
Loved our host ,would highly recommend
Hello, I and my family, my husband and three young people from 23 to 26 years old just left Roma and the APT047 near the Coliseum. We were all very happy and we already miss our holidays. We are interested in ancient and christian Roma and really this apartment is very well situated and allows us to visit easily this marvellous city,or to go everywhere by metro or train. When you leave the house, you find at once the bus stop with all the destinations and the metro is near too. The apartment was ideal for us because the three spacious bedrooms with TV, air conditioned and the two bathrooms allowed us to be independant without annoying each others. The supermarkets are near. We found quietness in this aparment( it is important to rest sometimes between visits); we slept very well ( you can't hear the noise of the street ) and we felt in security. Mister U., the owner, is a very nice man and is very reactif as we say in french: the micro wave which suddenly stopped working was changed in the hour. The next time,I 'll chose the same appartment. Bien cordialement
My daughter & I enjoyed our stay here at the B & B: Vaticano Emo. The accommodations were clean & the owner/host Maurizio R. was most accommodating & helpful with information and tips to get around Rome. It is conveniently located close to the public transit subway station (a 5 minute walk)and close to St.Peter's Square( a 10 minute walk-15 if you walk slow)I definitely would stay here again. Thank you Maurizio for your kind hospitality & we hope to see you again sometime in the near future! Our very best e Ciao!
Our host made the stay. Charming and knowledgeable. Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms with nice sized showers. Close to the Metro and a few very nice local restaurants. Quiet, clean, comfortable. We will be back.
We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and our apartment was perfect for our needs. It was really good to have our own space. The road is busy and noisy, but the apartment is in the back of the building so it's nice and quiet. Valentina was really welcoming and helpful. We were really appreciative of the welcome food and drink that Valentina and provided. Thanks for our lovely stay!
Very good B&B. Host very helpful, situation very convenient, Clean, comfortable, quiet room.
Apartment exactly how pictured and exceptionally clean, beds firm and comfortable. Perfect location if you want to be close to the Campo de Fiore. Screened windows, great cooling system. Good kitchen corner. Best of all was Luca who was so helpful. Had a map for us and told us about good restaurants and stores. He was so easy going and accommodating it was a real pleasure. I highly recommend this apartment and anything that Luca is responsible for.
Easy enough to find. We were meet by the owner and she is such a lovely lady. The rooms were clean and the bathroom great. It was everything that we needed. So close to the tourist attractions. She was helpful with restaurants in the area and any other information we needed.
Went for a long weekend to Rome with 3 friends. Found the booking easy, excellent information provided before departure. Host was lovely, giving lots of usefull information to make the most of our weekend. Host were always available if we needed any assistance (not that we did). Such a nice appartment with everything you will need. Brilliant link to town with the number 3 tram. I will be recommending this company to everyone and I will be booking myself next time I visit!
We loved the small balcony, and the room was very clean and romantic. We would love stying there again. Diana was such a nice and helpfull lady. And despite that she couldn't any english at all, we managed to understand each other.

This apartment was absolutely lovely. It's very close to Campo de Fiori, which we thought would be loud, but it was very quiet and relaxing. Thank you so much for making our vacation wonderful!
the house is a gem in the heart of campo de fiori. the facilities are all great , very cozy atmosphere with a private kitchen. everything is new &modern. Luca is a very kind host ; he is very informative , nice and helpful...he even asked to bring a baby-cot for our 2,5years old daughter (for free). the apt has an antique lift and close to historical places ,we visit all places by foot. also it's near the campo de fiori square, which is surrounded by great pubs&restaurants&a bazaaar every morning. we wish to stay here not for only 3 days but a couple of weeks! thanks again! Love from Istanbul
Just thought I would let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Rome at Piazza di San Cosimato, 40. Our host Flaminia P. was very kind and the accommodation was truly excellent. We particularly enjoyed being in the heart of the Trastevere area and found the shops and restaurants great. Definitely use your service again and if available would very much like to stay at Piazza di San Cosimato again.
We absolutely loved this apartment! Great location, clean, and comfortable. We were extremely happy to have the super detailed directions from the bus stop for our arrival and our host also offered some helpful tips about nearby bakery, bank, and supermarket. Wi fi and air conditioning were very nice to have too!
We had a very pleasant stay at our accomodation. Our host was very helpfull and kind towards us. We would recommend others to stay at the B&B.
This bed and breakfast was great! The location was fantastic and the host gave is very good recommendations for local restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to most major sights but also had easy access to cabs and public transportation nearby. Breakfast was a full meal with some variety everyday. The room was clean and the bathroom was huge with a full bath tub. We had a great stay. Thank you
Matilde was an excellent hostess. We found the double room to be clean, quiet, comfortable and in easy proximity to the Vatican, metro, and good restaurants. True to the name, it is kind of like staying at a friend's apartment, which we found to be a unique and pleasant base from which to explore Rome. Gracie mille!

Matilde is friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. Location is very close to the subway, and a short walk to the Vatican/St Peter's. There are great local trattoria which are good value- ask Matilde to recommend. As 3 adults in the larger room, had plenty of space. The building is lovely, with an inner courtyard, wooden floors and artwork. There is some street noise- but this is Rome! ( Roma football club won a match against their local rivals during our stay- and were celebrating) Breakfast is in the beautiful sitting room, with the windows thrown open, and is fantastic! Croissants/breads/boiled eggs/conserves/cereals/tea/coffee/yoghurt/fruit! Matilde goes out of her way to ensure you are well prepared for your busy day sightseeing. She also checks that you can manage the sequence of keys for access to the building/flat and room, and asks you to be sure to lock properly for your/her and other guests security. We definitely will be back!
Thank you ever so much for the nice staying at your Place. I will certenly recommend you to all my friends. Hope you will have a nice summer and a good hliday. Ciao.
We loved this B & B the location was perfect and accomodation very comfortable and unique.
Great location for our interests. Unit was very clean and updated with nice kitchen and bath fixtures. We will be happy to stay there again. Mr. R was helpful when we arrived and pointed out some local services like the grocery and laundry that we needed.
It was a little bit long time ago but we always remembered him as an excellent host. He always acted very helpful and he tried to give us a lot of information about the city. What we really like was his breakfasts! They were all fascinating, espeacilly his home made coffees! we definetly recommend his place, just go and enjoy your time!
Our B&B was lovely, however we did not have a car and had not realised we would have to take a train, a bus and the Metro to get to the termini. That was the only drawback.
Great location, with excellent restaurants locally, good transport links by bus into the visitors areas, and a short walk to termini. Accommodation good with good sized bedrooms, adequate kitchen and sitting room, nice shower room and toilet, the best part of the accommodation was finding the balcony in such an area. For the English: Some items were missing in the kitchen, Big mugs for tea and a Toaster were the main items. The question should be: would we return to the rental or recommend it YES. Would we recommend the Bed and Breakfast Association of Rome again YES.
The host Simonetta is very kind and helpful and gives a lot of information about things to do, where to eat, where good wine bars are located and where to get the best ice-cream. The B&B is very close to the metro station Cipro and the room is very quiet. In short a very convenient place to stay for visiting the center of Rome.
For one week we had a very nice time in this clean B&B, located near the "8th hill of rome" Monteverde with its lovely view over the town. This is a perfect quiet location with two parks and off the tourist crowds, but in walking distance to in-location Trastevere and a good bus connection to the center. The breakfast service was excellent with fresh fruit, bread, cheese, juice, marmelade, home made cookies and cake and coffee every day. Dora was very friendly and helpful with informations. We are not hesitating to recommend this B&B!
Thank you. We had a wonderful two days in Rome with our host. Our bedroom and bath was very private, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great, everything fresh and whole foods. The B&B is centrally located so we could walk everywhere and easy to get to from the train station. We would stay there again.
Nice B&B, the rooms on the street side suffers a little bit of the street noise. Breakfast: possibility to have it on the room or to go to the nearest cafetaria (70 meters) Breakfast is rather small (typical italian breakfast). The location of the B&B is a little bit out of the center, so you definitely need to take the metro or bus to get home after a busy city trip day. Good price/quality!
We were very happy and comfortable in our well-equipped one-bedroom apartment. It was most conveniently located, and our hosts were friendly and helpful. Thanks for your assistance in m aking our stay so simple and easy.
We found soap scum and black mold in the shower stall, stuffy and dusty old sofas (I had an allergy to them), bed coverings that smelled like they were not washed, pillows that were old, flat and hard, a dog that barked at midnight and again at 3:00 am, and then endured three days without hot water - with no compensation. However, we LOVED the charming apartment as a whole, the smiling and helpful doorman, and the friendly people who lived in the building. We appreciated our hostess and her husband on the floor below, loved! loved! loved the location, as well as the fresh, crisp, white sheets and towels. We smiled at the quaint elevator, looked forward to the day's ringing of the church bells, appreciated the locations of bakeries, supermarkets, and nearby amenities listed by the owners on a sheet of paper in the apartment, snuggled up under the exotic chandelier with the reading materials provided in the bookshelf, and savoured the warm and cozy temperatures in the apartment. Despite the cleanliness issues and the upgrading of bedding and sofas needed (as well as the barking dog issue), we would return to this apartment again and have already recommended it to family and friends. Thank you. We had a life-changing experience in Rome and this apartment, despite our concerns, made the trip a relaxing, homey, restful, and one-of-kind adventure!
My husband and I are both very impressed with the B & B Association of Rome - although we made our bookings barely a week before our holiday started, the Association found us a room and Marie Andersson responded to all my queries so promptly - even over the weekend. This is the best online reservation experience I've had and we could really focus on our holiday in this beautiful city because of our excellent accommodation. Vittoria is a wonderful host - her rooms are beautiful and clean - she really made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed our stay there.
It was my first trip to Italy, I didn't speak Itarian and I was alone but I felt at home, relax and secure here. I liked my room "Leonardo". Hostess was so friendly even we spoke different language. Around B&B, there are many resturants and shops and very close to Metro station so very convenient to go to sightseeing, to buy something need and go out or order take-out dinner. Thank you for everything, Arigatou
Flaminia was a fantastic host. We couldn't have been happier with our room and the location was perfect for us. A+
We were made very welcome. Loved the location and the breakfasts were sensational. Evelina was very friendly and helpful. We loved Rome and our location and reception were a bonus. The only drawback and for Jon only was the level of street noise which made it necessary to close the windows at night and the room got a bit stuffy. Otherwise perfect.
The room was neat and spacious. Well situated in a quiet area. Coffee in the morning was very good. Breakfast was VERY nominal.
Maurizio was fantastic. Very welcoming and informative. Cooled hot breakfasts for us and was very personable.
It was à pleasant stay. in about ten minuten there was Otaviano and in the street are two beautiful restaurants.
I will come back to this nice and very central apartment as soon as I can! Very nice owner!! And the b-b.rm.it office staff is very kind and helpfull.
Great location and friendly, helpful host. Restaurants in the neighborhood were great values and overall excellent. Only negative - the hot water in the shower worked most of the time. Would definitely stay again!

We could definitely recommend this apartment. It is modern, clean, near Metro and close to many shops and restaurants. We have enjoyed our stay. Thank you Maria.

I was very sattisfied, the host was very helpfull, accomodation very comfortable. regards, dr Bruthans
Matilde is a wonderful host. I would recommend this B&B highly!
The appartment and hospitality met our expectations. Thank you!
Mrs B. was very friendly an had prepared our arrival in a very professional manner. The location did suit us well as small shops are available in the vicinity and a local supermarket is within walking distance. There is a good and closeby busconnection to the city. We enjoied our first stay in Rome very much.

Just wanted to give some feedback about a recent rental in Rome. We stayed at APT019 Re di Roma run by Marie Terese C. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, close to the Metro and the hostess could not have been more helpful. On the day before our departure she took the trouble to slip a note under the door to warn us that our travel plans may be interrupted the next day to a proposed strike. Thankfully, it did not happen, but we appreciated her making the trip to the flat to let us know. We can highly recommend the apartment to any would-be travellers to Rome.
My wife and I spent three full days in Rome. This B&B was situated very close to the Metro station, which linked to the various sites. Ms S. was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting in our daily plans. She obtained Omnia Cards and reserved our time period for the Bhorgese Gallery in advance of our arrival and which helped greatly. Her B&B offers great value for what we required. I would recommend her B&B and would book back with her should I return to this great city. We really enjoyed our stay and the sights that Rome had to offer.
we would certainly choose this apartment (and this organisation) again,on our next visit to Rome.
What a wonderful apartment near the very nice Campo dei Fiori. We had an excellent time in the most beautiful city of the world!
Good response to initial enquiry, booking was very straight forward. A couple of suggestions for possible improvements would be: being able to provide credit card details through a secure online process, and some information online about availability of accommodation.
Gloria was an exceptional host, very friendly and provided lots of helpful information. The apartment is lovely, and the room we had (red room) was light and spacious. The availability of a guest fridge was appreciated. We would certainly use your services again if we were to return to Rome.

Dear Marie, We`ve returned from our visit to Rome, and I`m sending You this e-mail as a feedback. We spent four days in Rome last week (1st to 5th April) and we loved it! Mr Gene is a great host! Everything You can read on his comment page is true: he is a gentleman, he is friendly, kind and helpful, knows a lot about the city and gives you priceless advice. He really makes great breakfast (there is always fresh fruit, yoghurt, different sorts of bread etc.), really investing in it, not just giving you packed croissants and some marmalade. He also makes excellent coffee (I probably overdrank every morning, it was so tasty). The accommodation itself is also great, a cosy room with a private bathroom and a balcony looking at St.Peter`s Basilica, which is especially beautiful if you look at it while sipping some good Italian wine, sitting at the balcony in the evening. The place is minutes away from the Vatican, and very near all the things one should see in Rome (we took the bus only once and walked mostly). For those who find it important, the internet connection was excellent. Mr Gene also prepared a nice surprise for us at the end of our stay. We are looking forward to returning to Rome and would definitely recommend Mr Gene`s B&B! In the end, we`d like to thank Ms Marie from the B&B Association of Rome for being so professional and helpful to us when we were looking for a place to stay during our visit to Rome. Vladeta and Snezana
Flavia was a wonderful hostess. She was very accomodating. The Room was nice and comfortable, the location is excellent. Easy walk to the Colleseum.
The hostess was very kind and helpfull.
This studio apartment was very well equipped........,mainly from IKEA. It was quiet, on the second floor, but with a good lift. The Via dei Capellarii is a narrow thoroughfare off the Campo di Fiori, and the front door was just 75 metres from the Campo, with a super bakery on the corner, and all the fruit and food you could want available in the daily market there. The square is surrounded by bars and restaurants, and is full of life until midnight. We had a wonderful few days.

Dear Marie, we wanted to let you know that we had a wounderful time in Rome and the B&B was great. I can really recommend it. Many thanks again, a really good B&B and service .
I have spent four beautiful days in Rome with my nephew. We really enjoyed our accommodation, rich breakfasts, attentive hosts and peaceful garden surrounding the bungalow. Golden fish pond, little Buddhas warming nights with lights, birds singing in the morning, perfect retreat after a whole day of sightseeing... If we are to come to Rome again, we would definitely try to go the same place again.
This was a great location, right down the lane from Campo di Fiori market, restaurants, bars; and in the center of walking distance from all the historical sites. The only strange part was the "high school" bar that was nearby on the lane but they were not trouble. The hot water was adequate in length but I don't take long showers. Also, providing hand soap for the bathroom would have been nice. I found plenty of gluten free options for dining in the area, particularly at Voglio di Pizza. I would definitely stay in this apartment again and will recommend it to others.
The apartment was wonderful, private, quiet, was very clean & maintain ted. Hostess was always available & very helpful. It was comfortable, with a great kitchen. Has a cozy private courtyard. Bus line right nearby. We highly recommend this apartment.
The apartment was perfectly located and very comfortable. I did not miss anything. The only problem that we had was a strong noise during 2 days of our stay because of reparation works in the floor above us. It was very uncomfortable to be awake at 7:30 AM (during holidays!) but I spoke with Luca and he tried to solve the problem asking the workers to start later. Unfortunately they only postponed until 8:30AM. I must say that Luca tried to solve the problem but he could not do more. It’s a shame and I hope it will not happen to anyone else. The web service and the email with your association have been perfect and Marie is a great professional. Thanks for making my short holidays in Rome so fantastic! I will definitely book with you again.
The apartment was very clean, nice and quiet. We were a family with 2 girls. The location is in a neighborhood which was much less touristy, which we enjoyed. There is a nice fruit stand, a couple of bakeries, and a great restaurant down the street, something with "angelo" in it. The only negative about the apartment was that the sitting room was a bit small and could have used an easy chair or something.
Es war eine sehr angenehme Begegnung mit Luca. Die Übergabe war sehr komplikationslos. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder mieten und werden es auch empfehlen.
The apartments are located out of the city centre, but its quite comfortable to take the metro in and rather cheap too. The hostess isn't available very often, which was a bit of an issue to begin with when I needed to contact her to confirm the address and pick up times from the airport. Breakfast was really sweet but plentiful. Other clients of the bed and breakfast were very friendly, and the lady who works there is very friendly and helpful.
We had an amazing stay! The location was excellent with dining at our door step and all up and down the beautiful Via Del'Orso. A Panetteria is just steps away where we were also able to buy laundry soap, eggs, yogurt, fruit...we could easily walk to Camp di Fiori as well and buy the most delicious produce, nuts etc that we have ever eaten!!! We enjoyed an evening across at the street at the bar as well...so friendly. I can't say enough about the location!! Also staying in an apt gives you the feeling of being a "local" during your stay. Was great with the kids to have bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was fantastic. We were very comfortable!!!Thank You!!

My wife and I were most pleased with the apartment and became quite fond of the neighborhood and the local merchants.
We LOVED the apartment - modern and lovely with lots of sweet details. The owner and his wife were very nice. My only suggestion would be to incorporate a MANUAL to leave at the apt. for basic info like WIFI, how to use kitchen, etc. The host showed us how to use the TV but we were so jetlagged at the time we didn't remember anything and it was too complicated to figure out. Minor detail, but a MANUAL would be helpful for everyone involved. Grazie Mille!
We really liked the place we stayed. It was a great location, easy to get everywhere! I lost my phone and even though I didn't find it again, Antonio helped in contacting taxis in which I may have left. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family :)
This B&B is located in walking distance to all the fantastic sights in Rome, we only had to use the metro once due to a time restraint. We can highly recommend this accommondation to anyone who wishes to go to Rome.
We have to say that the stay with Mr. Gene was an awesome one. When you look at the pictures of the dome of St. Peter’s Basilica from his B&B it is just that awesome and when the bells toll at 5:30pm it has special meaning.
Die Lage war sehr zentral und angenehm. Es war alles sauber und sehr real. Empfehlungswert für diejenige, die Antik lieben.

We enjoyed our stay at Mrs R.! She was so nice to us and told us where we could go. The room was so lovely, we stayed in the blue room and it is as it shows on the pictures! The breakfast was fine. We could eat early in the morning or later and that makes a relaxed feeling of a vacation! Thank you so much for our lovely stay in Rome!!!! The B&B is near the Termini station and if you have a map like from the Capitool guides, it is easy to find. The Santa Maria Maggiore is around the corner! We almost walked everything and than you see so much more! One tip: eat/drink not near a piazza, walk a little bit further and then it is cheaper and nicer. And take your time to see Rome, you can stay a whole day in the Vatican Musea. It is fantastic! Also I would like to thank the office of B&B, and then specially Lori, Lia and Mari many thanks for your kind regards and concerns. We will come back in the future! And recommend this B&B to others! Ciao, ciao
It is a very nice appartment on top of the house, very quiet, very neat, everything one needs for 2 persons, well equipped kitchen, very nice and new bathroom, even a balcony. A market in the morning, close to Metro and bus, easy to get to the historic centre. Absolutely perfect!
01-11-2012, The Netherlands
The apartment, which is in an excellent location, is especially suitable for couples, maybe a bit on the small side for more than two.
... Campo de' Fiori is a great location to get to know Rome. We can't say enough about your organization. Thanks, again for all your help.
Thank you, we had a great time, the area was fantastic, full of life and very convenient for seeing the city on foot. The apartment was good, the lady was there to explain everything and it was in a relatively quiet street. I would definitely use this website again, it was all very easy.
Evelina was most helpful. We had to get up at 4 A.M. to get an early flight, and she got up then and helped us get a taxi. Here in the U.S. most B&B's allow the guests to use their living room, or perhaps other rooms, too, for instance, the kitchen. Perhaps your B&B's work a little differently, but we were restricted to using only our bedroom, and not allowed access to any other part of her home. The location of this B&B is excellent! But again, we liked Evelina very much.

We enjoyed our stay in Rome very much! Very good appartment with all facilities.. Thanks for everthing!
Matilda was an excellent hostess and we had a wonderful time in Rome. We would definitely stay with her again.
Very nice and accommodating lady. Very helpful with directions.
Nice flat with two baths and three large, flexible sleeping rooms. Very quiet (espacially the rooms in the back). Ok kitcen, but with small dining table/space (why is the wall there?). Fairly close to both Colloseum and Metro. Good, low price trattoria/restaurant + shops also close. Ordinary streets with some traffic outside. Dont forget to visit St. Clemente while you are there.
Acommodation itself is somewhat basic, but it was spotless clean, location was great and Valentina could not be any nicer. A really good place to stay in Rome. Oh, and big points to Valentina also for stocking us up on basics -water, coffee, milk, sugar- before we arrived: really, really, really appreciated...
Everything was excellent as I hoped it would be and Michelle was an efficient and very pleasant hostess. The only comment I could make in addition is that on 2 nights I could hear the traffic on the nearby street - I'm sure though that if i'd tried ear plugs it would have been fine - it would not stop me staying there again. Many thanks.

The locations is excellent, we could walk everywhere. A little bit of noise at night and early morning due to proximity to Campo de Fiori and an early opening gym across the street. Building is full of character, bedrooms a good size, kitchen small but adequate for breakfast. Would have liked more than one towel per person for four nights and a tea towel or two in the kitchen. The showers could do with upgrading but plenty of hot water. We enjoyed our stay, a bit more attention to detail would have made a difference.

Hello! We had a wonderful time in Rome! We loved the city and the B&B was great. Mr R. is very friendly, He was waiting for us as we arrived, he had some nice information about restaurants in the neighbourhood and other practical advice. We liked his breakfast with fresh fruit and good italian coffee. We had interesting conversations in the morning! The fact that he is originally american was an advantage: makes communication easier for us, as we don't speak italian. The room was clean and nice, the bed was good, The balcony with the view on St Peter's cathedrale was of course spectacular. The location was perfect for us: near the busstops to reach everything but not right in the citycenter where all is busy. We hope to return, one day!
We really enjoyed our stay in Rome. We felt very welcome, Frederica gave us good information about the local area. The rooms were spacious, clean and light. It was a very secure building and in an excellent location. I would recommend this place to my friends without hesitation.
This is an excellent place to stay while visiting Rome. It is like renting a whole apartment for 3 days, while food and beverage are always available in the fridge. Termini and metro station are within walking distance. I'll definately return to the same B&B if I'll visit Rome again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Rome. It was spacious, well equipped, quiet, and very secure. It was also very convenient to have a washing machine in the apartment. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions about the apartment. A fabulous food market was located about a one minute walk from the apartment and the metro was a five minute walk ... great location. We highly recommend this apartment for a couple.
Excellent stay! M. was an excellent host and couldn't do enough to help us. Very clean and tidy accommodation, towels changed regularly. Marvellous position from which to explore wonderful Rome with plenty of restaurants nearby to suit every purse. We had a lovely time and would like to thank M. for all his kindness.
Evelina is a helpful and kind host -- offered pointers on attractions and local restaurants (very good !!) and was helpful with our wifi issues as well. A pleasant surprise for us was that the hotel shuttle service delivered us to the b&b and not just to hotels as we had expected. a very well located b & b in an interesting neighbourhood.
We would like to thank Marie and Marisa for answering all our questions and giving us an excellent stay in Rome.
Wonderful place to stay, great location, we walked Rome from here! Our room (#1) was very big and tasteful decorated. The bath is small but with all comfort you need. Everything was very clean. Bed was good, great sleeping comfort. Breakfast delicious, with various kinds of rolls, cheese, ham, marmelade, Nutella, yoghurt, fresh fruits and fruits salat, homemade cake and and and.....lasts for hours. We enjoyed every minute. Our host was very nice and helpful. We would certainly come back.
Loved the location and area. Host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment lacks air conditioning and requires a power outlet (plug in) in the bathroom. Would definitely stay again.

If I were to sum up our time in Rome with Gene, I'd say he offers privacy when it's wanted, advice when it's needed, great breakfasts, good conversation, and a spectacular view. (Also--two charming cats and a ceiling fan that keeps the room cool even in the hottest part of August.) We couldn't have asked for more out of our stay.

very nice host!
Amazing view, really comfortable, great location, terrific breakfasts and above all the most incredibly helpful, thoughtful host you could possibly find. Gene really did think of everything, from bus routes, good places to eat, what to see, help booking tickets in advance, guide books and lots of good advice. And, as an added bonus, there are the two resident cats of great character and friendliness. This is far better, friendlier than a grand hotel. I'll be back.

nice apartment, lovely terrace.
We enjoyed the stay at this appartment really much. At the beginning, we had a nice little welcome talk from the host Maria. It was a very quiet place when returning from the busy and noisy city. And it is even a bit bigger that we have expected!! Furthermore, everything was well equipped - even food for breakfast was there which was a very nice additional service. The appartment itself was though very dark and you could not even see when it was raining outside. The little window lead to a small dark backyard with pigeons. The floor was a bit untidied. Unfortunately, we lost the last morning of our short stay because we waited for our hostess to pick up the key like it was arranged in the agreement for checking-out. All in all though, we would book again an appartment over B&B, as it gives you a total different feeling than living in an hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is small but cozy and very functional and the location, although not close to the subway, is convenient for buses and otherwise. Luca gave us some dining suggestions and told us where the markets were, which was very helpful. Street noise was loud Friday night but otherwise fine.
The accomodation was in the whole nice. Clean, good traffic connection, fair price. One small inconvenice was that Ms. M. only speaks italian. She tried hard to explain us everything. It was sometimes still a little difficult. The breakfast was very simple and a little too sweet for our taste. Maybe it's typical italian breakfast. We were content with everything in the whole.
Antonio was professional - also the accommodations were great. We will see you again next year!
This was a clean modern apartment and fully met our expectations! Lucca was patient as our plane was delayed 6 hours. Excellent stay - we would use your service again and even stay in this apt again.
The apartments was beautiful, clean and convenient. We especially appreciated the availability of facilities to do laundry.
Thank you for your help and assistance, best regards,
Our host Alessia speaks good english and has verry interesting tips for shopping and food. Perfect neighborhood: quiet and safe , next to subway, shopping and culture. good matrasses!

Fantastic apartment and location. The kitchen could be updated a bit: in particular, it would be nice to have wine glasses available for use, rather than locked up.
Marco was excellant and extremely helpful. I would recommend his place for anyone. Thank you so much. Our stay was very memorable.
I would highly recommend this place to stay. The room is simple but has everything one needs. It is decorated in exquisite taste and located in a quiet residential area very close (5-10 minutes walk) from the heart of historic Rome. The hostess is both accomodating and helpful and serves an excellent and varied breakfast.
The airport lost my luggage, which I did not get until the third day of my arrival. It was due to the help of my hostess and, more importantly, by Ms. Amaya Rivera at your organization, that I was able to get around Rome for some emergency shopping, which was crucial because of the nature of my (business) trip. And, prior to my departure for Rome, Ms. Marie Anderson efficiently helped with my reservation; and Ms. Loredana Cassava promptly provided me with a letter/receipt that showed the details of my stay, a document I needed. Thank you for all your help!

The room and the bathroom were nice and clean. The location is great, 7min to Termini, we managed to see Rome by foot. Breakfast was fine(toasts, jam, cereals, juice, coffee, tea), but we may prefer fresh bread with ham and some fruits. Our hostess reccommended us a great restaurant La Sprega 10min from BB. Unfortunately, the first three days the elevator didn't work so it was tough to go up 5 floors after a day of sightseeing. Anyway, we definitely would recoommend this BB to others, it was a great stay!

We loved our stay.... Thankyou
we enjoyed our stay a lot. The house was very neat and clean. Tramline 8 brings you easily into the city. Never longer waiting than 10min for the next tram. (Although, watch out for the nights, last tram goes before midnight - at least on sundays) We would have liked more toilet paper and cleaner sponges and raps to do the dishes. For the rest all was very well and clean. Hostess spoke ok French and was very nice !
Had an excellent stay. Hostess was exceptionally helpful and breakfast was perfect. Would gladly stay again!!
This is the guest’s version of the facts. We respect her opinion but we do not share it. We tried to reach the client several times over the phone and via email knowing of her disappointment in the cleaning of the flat. Since we had no further feedback and the client remained in the flat after it had been cleaned a second time, we assumed the client was satisfied with what had been done to resolve the problem. Had we known that this was not the case, we would have done everything in our power to assist her in finding a solution that would have satisfied her.
A lovely B&B near Termini station. Clean, neat and true to the photos. Only thing wifi connection is poor.

We are back in Texas from our Italy/Switz trip. Happy to report that we loved the apartment in Trestavere and would stay there again. It was perfect for our needs and we loved the location. We also liked the fact that it was spacious and appeared to have been recently updated/remodeled. Thanks for your help in making our trip a success!
We had a wonderful stay in Rome, the location was great and we could walk to all the major tourist attractions. Hopefully we can come and visit again.
We really enjoyed the apartment. It was very well positioned - in the middle of the historic Rome. At this time of year, summer, it was perfect. It was nice and clean and had all necessities in the kitchen.
Everything was just great staying in Rome at BB004. The only thing- the last morning we had to leave at 6 a.m. and we didn't get the morning coffee-the hostess said it's too early...Thanks anyway
The reservation service of the B&B association was very good - quick and friendly answers from Lori!! Our accommodation in Rome was also very good, nice and friendly introduction by the hostess, spacious and nice appartment. Only one very little negative thing: on the bedsheets there were some stains (something that could not be removed by cleaning, perhaps suncream), perhaps the hostesses should provide new bedsheets...All in all a really good service and accommodation I can highly recommend, especially if you look for a last minute accomodation (we booked on thursday and arrived on monday). Greetings from Germany
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was very convenient, a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station, located on a quiet street. We will miss the bakery around the corner, where we picked up something for breakfast on our way sight-seeing.

Dear sirs: We stayed four days in this charming apartment belonging to Marco U. It was very confortable, in an excellent location and Marco provided everything and more of what we needed. The beds were confortable with good linings, the two bathrooms were complete with all you need and fine warm water. The kitchen included different goodies for breakfast. One suggestion: Marco should provide WiFi as all the travellers need to keep in contact with their families and WiFi has becomed a must. We will definitively recommend your association to our frinds who might be planning to visit Rome in the future, and, most certainly, Marco's apartment.
Susie looked after us very well even though we were out most of the time. Fabulous location to explore rome.highly recommended. Your process was easy and the directions were excellenet. Grazie arrivedece till next time
Accomodations were good, Location was ideal for walking to all parts of the city centre and Vatican areas, but finding the location was tricky especially given that the elevator is a service elevator and it is not quickly visible upon entry into the building. We enjoyed our stay in Rome very much and would choose to stay at this B&B again.
Great Host, and great Flat. Made my wife and I felt like Italians for a few days. LOVE the location of this Flat.
wonderful appartment, charming, well equipped, great terrace, extremely nice host,
It's a good place though we just had a difficult time locating it :D but overall, it was great!
Outstanding oasis of calm in the heart of rome. Bathroom was cramped but the tranquility of the location more than made up for it.
Rome and your service was just awesome. Move on like this!
The bathroom drain was clogged but aside from that our stay was great and Dennis our host was very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast not included, but nice café just left of the B&B with very kind staff, excellent capuccino and croissants.
Wow! Simonetta out did herself & full of information, directions and booking advice. The B&B was beautiful and breakfast was amazing each day - fresh market fruit and pastries, juice, tea, coffee and eggs. We would definitely stay again.

I thank you so much for the recommendation of the Matilde P. Bed And Breakfast. It was a wonderful stay and she was so helpful. The room was spotless and very comfortable too. The location was quiet and close to the Vatican. Travel was easy in this location perfect. A great vacation and a place I would recommend to anyone.
All the facilities in the apartment were fantastic, it was a great bonus to have an outside space to use also. Location for us was great as there were some great bars and restaurants in the area. The public transport links were good, but would have preferred a more frequent service (but this could have been because of the dates of our stay - a bus timetable would have been extremely useful, but we couldn't get access to this from anywhere, not even tourist info) Overall great accommodation in a 'happening' area of Rome.
29-04-2012, The Netherlands
Exceptionally located B&B, walking distance from Vatican and Piazza Navona. Very comfortable connection with Fiumicino bus (SIT) from Piazza Cavour, just two blocks from the apartment! Nice and atmospheric old apartment building, comfortable bedroom and bathroom, fine do-it-your-self breakfast. Host Suzie was very helpful, warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place and would return at next visit to Rome. Just one minor remark: at night there might be some noise coming from the streets (from waste collection), but that is probably a nuisance everywhere in Rome, just bring earplugs!
Everything went well. B&B Association staff were very helpful and efficient. Lila, also, was helpful, and went out of her way to egt in touch to warn us of a bus & train strike.
Lovely flat & warm welcome from Maria Teresa. Easy & enjoyable tram ride to city centre. Quiet neighbourhood, shops 500 metres away. Only blot on the landscape: the dog mess on the pavements - not really within your control!

We had an absolutely splendid time in Rome.
It would be more convenient to be able to pay by credit card instead of cash at the beginning of the stay.
You can walk to all the important spots in Rome from here. Very cute and nice B&B - with a nice decoration (paintings/art/music etc.) And a very warm and friendly host.
A very pleasant stay and a very good welcoming. Host is a very appreciable person and service is of very good quality. Location is perfect. (near Vatican and immediate subway access).
This is a good apartment in a fantastic location, only downside was that I would have liked a kettle and toaster available (boiled water in a pan to make tea/coffee). Apart from that no problems, hosts are very available in you need to contact them and location wise apartment could not be any better.
Don't know where to begin. It was perfect. If you are someone looking for a central place in the historic district, a very clean, very comfortable, very well designed and thought out apartment with a great host there is no better. Luca was so nice, so prompt, so helpful with recomendations about eating, site seeing, etc. The pictures were exactly as advertised. Plenty of room, great bathroom, nice kitchen, perfect. Our only negative was no vase for the beautiful flowers you have to buy in the market because you can't walk through there every day and not buy some. It's OK though because we left our vase. You will literly be steps from Campo de'Fiori, great food, wonderful market, great bar at night and great place for an after dinner coffee or drink. Hope he has room for you.
Flavia is a wonderful host and Testaccio is a great neighborhood that is close to everything. I stayed with Flavia for 12 days and felt like I was at home. This is an excellent deal for the price.
We had an excellent stay in the amazing city of Rome and in the nice apartment in Testaccio! And we are very grateful to our kind hostess Flavia for her hospitality and friendly attitute!
We stayed at M's place from 2/21-23 and it was great! It was very easy to find and close to the Cornelia metro stop. It was easy to get in & out and we had a great amount of privacy. The room was clean & the facilities were great. The breakfast we perfect for the beginning to our day. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Rome!
12-02-2012, Sofia - Bulgaria
Great location - in the historical center of Rome, near Termini, Coliseum, St. Maria Maggiore basilica. Very nice and quiet place. Kind and hospitable hostess, Valentina, who took care of everything we needed. We would certainly book this apartment again and recommend it to our friends.
This is a nice experience for me, my wife and my 2-year old daughter. We love that apartment very much. It has everything inside the apartment. The hostess Livia also prepared breakfast for us, even it is not included in the booking. We also received tons of useful information on traveling around the city. Actually I always carried one of the laminated maps with me and used it for reference from time to time. The books in the apartment also provided interesting information on this city.
I would like to thank the Sig.ra C. for her attention, kindness. The apartment is very clean, cozy. It's located in a nice area, not far from the city center. We had a wonderful vacation. Thanks to Bed&Breakfast Association and Sig.ra C.
She was the kindest hostess we've ever met.
We greatly enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect location, convenient to everything we wanted to see. The accommodation was very comfortable and in a very quiet location.
Very pleasant appartment. Very good location. We hope we can come back again
30-11-2011, Ofterschwang - Germany
We stayed at the B & B for four days early in November and we were very pleased with the accomodation in the very tastefully furnished appartment of Flavia and her daughter Elena. Also, we were glad to find that the Testaccio quarter has retained its old Roman character and charm with only few tourists, but a lot of restaurants with very good food and local character. Yet it is easy to get to the attractions either by foot or using the nearby metro.
Marco was extremely helpful with everything. It was a very good apartment, comfortable and clean. The location was really great as well! We will recommend this apartment to our friends !!
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the accommodation to others.

We were very happy with our 2 week rental at cod. 001. The apt is attractive, spacious and comfortable for 2 people, quiet, with nice windows. The location near Campo d' Fiori (and the # 116 bus) is great. Thanks for arranging everything!
Value for money B&B in Rome. Close to St Peters and the Vatican. Quiet location, not far from a Metro station.
We were very happy with our accommodations. Everything was very clean and neat. The location was awesome! It was great being so close to many things such as the Vatican as well as close to the metro station which took us to further places we wanted to go. Our hostess was very kind and would give information when asked. We enjoyed our stay very much and have already recommended it to others.
The service at B&B was generally excellent. It was always kept clean and tidy. The hostess was very helpful and welcoming.
This is a lovely modern small flat near the Ponte Lungo metro on Line A. We found it comfortable and homely and especially appreciated the terrace outside. It is beside an excellent street market with fresh produce. Ten minutes walk to the metro which we found fast, frequent and air-conditioned. The weekly bus/metro pass is great value at sixteen euro. There is also a bus nearby which goes to the Colosseum area. We enjoyed being in a neighbourhood which was not touristy.
Patrizia and the maid, Jane, were helpful and very friendly. Both spoke English very well. The location was a 15 minute walk to the Termini and about 20 minutes to the Coleseum. Good restaurant around the corner, a 2 minute walk. Would stay again in a second upon our return to Rome.
Our hostess Diana ( a lovely lady) didn't speak any English and we didn't speak Italian but we managed to communicate quite well. Our two rooms and bathroom where clean and our breakfast was as we expected. The coffee was good.. better than any cafe/restaurant we visited.
06-10-2011, Hong Kong, China
Simonetta was warm and friendly and made the three of us all feel like being at home. She provided us with a lot of useful information on transportation facilities and which nice places worth visiting in Rome. The B&B facilities were good, with free WIFI, sufficient sockets for connecting notebooks, charging mobile phones and cameras. Location is good, as it is close to a metro station and bus stops and only a 10-15 minutes'walk to Vatican.
My stay with Simonetta in Rome was wonderful. Thank you for your efforts to contact me regarding the strike - I hadn't seen your email but as luck would have it, I called Simonetta at about 7.45am and she told me to quickly jump on a train straight away. I managed to get to her place before 9am, so that was a big relief!
My father and I had a very enjoyable stay at Federica B.'s B & B.
Breakfast was great; it included fruits, cheese, ham, milk and eggs (beside the usual sweets and buns, etc.).
It was a little bit noisy outside late in the evening and early in the morning, but I guess that's everywhere in Rome. And it was mentioned before, so it was ok. All in all a wonderful place to stay in a perfect surrounding!
Hostess is very nice but has very limited English which made our check in by phone difficult. The B&B itself is very well furnished and is near the subway so getting around Rome is easy.
This was my home in Rome for my stay. Bernardo's place is spacious and fans and air conditioning is provided. Guests should understand that they would climb 2 flights of steps. I would stay here and highly recommend this location. Thanks.
Luca and his apartment near Campo de Fiori was just perfect for us. Luca was lovely and so helpful, he was easy to communicate with, punctual and had some great restaurant recommendations nearby. The apartment was very clean, fresh and tidy. Location for us couldn't have been better, we loved hanging out in Campo de Fiori and was so close to all our favourite parts of Roma. We will definitely stay here again when we are next in Roma, Grazie!

I find your service quick and very helpful by booking. The people who rent the appartment were very easygoing and also helpful. So all of you made our stay in Rome nice and if I go back I will again book via B&B Rome!, thanks again.
The area and accommodations were very nice and Flavia was very helpful as was her daughter Elena. Testaccio is a fantastic area that is set off from the central/busier part of Rome but close enough to everything so you can be there in a short bus or train ride. We only had to walk 1 small block to a major bus route. Still plenty of sights even around this location and this is actually where we ate some of the best meals. Flavia knows bus routes very well and was able to tell us how to get somewhere every time we needed help. Even though there was a slight language barrier she was a great host and made us feel very comfortable.
We stayed at Marie Maggoire in Rome and enjoyed it. Everything was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would have appreciated better directions for walking (will make sure I get them before we leave next time) and a person with better English to greet us when we arrived. Would not hesitate to return if we are lucky enough to be able to come again.
Gene is a wonderful host, enthusiastic, friendly and extremely helpful. Wifi was great as was breakfast and Gene's company. Close to many attractions, public transport, great restaurants and only one hour by train to the airport. We will stay with Gene again on our next trip to Rome. Thanks Gene

Här kommer en liten hälsning och ett tack från oss för den trevliga lägenheten du förmedlade. Läget var perfekt med bra gångavstånd till de olika sevärdheterna.
We would use this accommodation again due to the location, cleanliness, friendliness and price.

Well we are back in Ireland after a fabulous three weeks in Italy and would just like to say that our stay in the apartment set the standard for the holiday. Our hosts were gracious and attentive and the accommodation was truly delightful. We would certainly recommend the accommodation and your web site.
Our experience was wonderful and we will look to book the same apartment in the near future.
Great apartment and great location. Very clean and well kept. Not the greatest view, but we were close to the Campo and shopping which is what we wanted.

tout était parfait. la propriétaire est sympathique et son logement tres bien entretenu et pratique. bravo
We had a really wonderfull stay in the little bungalow with the private garden. It was really nice to enjoy the nice garden. The hostess was really kind and tried to make our stay the best possible.I strongly recommend it.
Although the hostess did not speak English, and we did not speak Italian, we still managed to communicate the essentials and she was very helpful with our needs and questions.
A very very nice apartment in a wonderful family neighborhood. We totally enjoyed every minute of our stay. The other people in the building were very friendly.
Love the stay!
My husband and I travelled to Rome in July 2011 and would like to say that we loved Rome and our appartment. It was clean, well located, the hostess (Kuei) was very helpfull and kind with us. She treated us very well and gave a lot of tips about the city. There was a small market near us, a lot of restaurants and was very close to the Vaticano. We were able to cook in the appartment, what saved us some money. We hope to return some day.
Really it was perfect same as the first time we expeinced in the last year... same wormth... same hospitality... same kindness... same care... more reception... more & more...
I will recomend to my friends
very nice accommodation, very nice to have cooking facilities, space to relax and air con. would have been good to have some instructions for the washing machine (we did work it out) and the television (we didn't work it out!).
We had a fantastic stay here, Simonetta was very helpful, kind and friendly. She had a very good knowledge of Italy and this helped us a lot in traveliing around Rome and Italy. The location was excellent, only 20 minutes walk from the Vatician and even shorter walk to shopping, markets and fantastic take-away deli's. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a wonderful and amazing stay in Rome.
Could be a little hot in summer, otherwise very modern and accessible to all attractions, good neighborhood, very pleasant stay.
Great location, great service I would definetely recomend this place! thanks a lot for a great experience!
We had a lovely stay with Maria. The apartment was wonderfully situated and we had everything that we needed. Maria was a lovely host and gave us lots of local information. She made our stay very enjoyable and helped us to book our taxi to the airport. Please forward our thanks and best wishes to her, we will certainly be recommending her accommodation to any friends that are going to Rome.
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very comfortable. Bernard was very friendly. The location was ideal.

I just wanted to let you know we loved Simonetta and her apartment: she was so kind and helpful (even going out to find a hat left at the nearby restaurant for us before we left), and full of good ideas. We arrived in Rome without having done much planning, so it was great to have her advice. We thought the apartment might not be as conveniently located as those nearer the middle of town, but in fact it is so close to the Metro stop that there was no inconvenience at all, and in fact being in a quieter neighbourhood was a plus.
Ms. R.'s B&B was stunning. My husband and I were in Italy for two weeks and her flat was the best B&B we stayed in by far! Her place was slightly difficult to find on her street since there is no sign outside. But once we located it was easy to find again. Very short walk to train station and nice stroll to the main sights. I would definately stay here again.
We had a great stay at 078 (thanks Mario), so we can definitely recommend it. It is a brand new b&b, so it is perfectly clean. The towels are changed after 2 days. It's also very nicely decorated, modern and with quality materials (it looks just like in the pictures). Our room had a small refrigerator (the beverages in it are 1 euro each, we did't need them, but we used the fridge.) It's really close to Termini and Villa Borghese, and in a 15-20 minutes stroll you will arrive at the Foro Traiano for example. We almost never used buses or the metro for visiting the center, everything is relatively close and after every corner you will discover something beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful and typical for Italy (various fruit juice, croissants, muffins and other pastries, fruit yogurt, butter and jam), also Mario makes fresh, delicious espresso or cappuccino every morning. On our first day he gave us a map and suggestions on optimum routes. Overall we loved our stay with code 078.
Great location to Piazza Navona!!!! Very centrally located in Rome. Would highly recommend this apartment
My fiancee and I couldn't be happier with our stay while in Rome. The flat was better than what we expected, which is hard considering the beautiful pictures and description on the B&B website. On arrival, we got lost but she assisted us each step of the way even though it was very late in the evening. She had so much travel information, we actually used her provided brochures to outline what sights we would see while we were in Rome. The flat is right next to a bus stop which is so convenient and being outside of the city makes it pleasant to come back to after being in the heat of Rome all day. I would recommend and stay at this flat time and time again whenever I come back to Rome! Thank you so much B&B and a special thanks to Ms B.!
18-06-2011, South Africa
The breakfast was by far one of the best we had during our stay in Italy. Was a wonderful place with extremely helpful hostess who tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. THANK YOU very much for everything!
Very nice place. It was a little far from the city centre, but it was in a nice neighbourhood - near the Canadian Embassy and Villa Borghesi. The hostess was nice but seems a little shy and was not very talktative. She did not provide us with much information to get around (since we were a bit far from the city centre). But we managed. The shower door was defective but our hostess had not mentioned it so we thought we had broken it. She later told us this was a problem and not to worry. Breakfasts were great. We even had choices and eggs!! The room was large and clean. Overall, we would recommend this place without a doubt.
The apartment was very nice, decorated tastefully and the beds very comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay there. It was nice to be away from all the crowds, but the walk to the nearest subway was quite a few steps, that we resorted to catching cabs home after a tiring day of touring the city sights that are just so amazing.
B&B was beautiful and immaculately clean. Host was friendly.
We had a wonderfull time in Rome. the apartment is not in the historic center but with the tram 8 we arrived in 10 minuts in the most popular museums and paizzas etc... the apartment is big, with great areas! we love it
Despite some communication problems our stay with Mrs B. was a really pleasant and memorable one. We felt very welcome in Rome, and enjoyed the hospitability and helpfulness of our hostess very much. This B&B is a definite recommendation for everyone looking for a budget, but home-like stay in Rome!
magnificent stay! thanx a lot
We never needed to see the Hosts' but the staff was VERY helpful and did an excellent job. Would return again.

We stayed a few days at the appartment. We enjoyed it very much. First of all, the information (how to get there, by what means of transport, traveltime and costs) before arrival was handy and reliable. Our hostess Kuei checked us in very friendly and gave all sorts of usefull information. Even provided us with a mobile phone we could use to call her when in need of any help. The appartment itself was nice furnished, crispy clean and quiet. Good beds and bathroom. Kitchen stored even some basic cooking ingredients (oil, salt, etc,). Located in a comfortable part of the city near the Vatican, pope and supermarket around the corner, so to speak. Piazza Navona and shopping/dining district can be reached by a 20 minutes walk. Perfect for 2 or 3 people. Strongly recommended!
Our host was very helpful even though we did not speak Italian.

I did indeed enjoy Rome, the weather was wonderful (compared to here) and the apartment was also perfect for my purposes. Livia B. is very kind, definitely in the top tier in terms of hospitality and thoughtfulness (I visit Rome very frequently, and I usually rent an apartment on short term.)
soggiorno molto piacevole con proprietari gentilissimi.
Un rapporto qualità prezzo perfetto. Gente piacievoli, pullitissimo e bello. Impeccabile! Complimenti.
Mario was a great host. The room was clean and breakfast was awesome!!
Gene was an amazing host, friendly, highly informative, great restaurant recommendations, wonderful directions, fabulous transportation assistance. The view of St. Peter's unbelievebale!!! We would stay there again anytime.
31-05-2011, Northern Ireland
We stayed at this accomodation for 3 nights and it was fabulous. A 10 minute walk to the Vatican but it was at least half hour walk to other sights across the river. I would definately recomend this property to others, 1st class
Perfect location! Close to Metro and buses, really nice neighbourhood. Apartment nice and quiet! Hostess lovely and helpful!

My fourth stay in Rome and I found it great value for money. The location was good - close to the bus terminal to the station and city center and a number of restaurants nearby. Bedroom was spacious, both bedroom and bathroom were very clean and pleasant.
We were very happy staying in the place. The place is new ,spotless and very nice. The host is very polite and helpful. We had great time being in Rome.
Everything was great. Mrs M. is very kind and helpfull. The place is lovely, quiet and not very far from the center.
A lovely little home for a trip to Rome!
New, modern and clean B&B. We had a nice room and our host was very welcoming and helpful. EXCELLENT location to discover Rome, and also to travel around. Having a small fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, AC and the bathroom in the room was great. If we had the opportunity we would come here again.
27-05-2011, South Africa
We received a very warm welcome from Fabio M. There were no problems with communication - his English is good. He tried his best to make our stay a very memorable one. The accommodation was brand spanking new and very clean. The bathroom is on the small side, but more than adequate. The location of the B&B is excellent: within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions and near the train station. Being located in the centre of the city, the room was surprisingly quiet and there was hardly any traffic noise with closed windows. We would like to thank Fabio M. for his efforts and will recommend this B&B to friends.
Very great accommodations! Was a little away from most of the sights but fairly decent bus ride into the city center area. Host's availability was our main issue as we needed to leave early on our last day and could not get ahold of her to inform her. Very lovely overall though!
21-05-2011, New Zealand
We thoroughly enjoyed being with Simonetta and would highly recommend her to others.
Clean, but a little amall and somber. On ground floor of a courtyard. A little uncomfortable about the deadbolt - no windows other than the door. Location was fantastic; close to coloseum, inexpensive eateries; friendly and helpful hostess; economical. In short, I would go back.
The flat was in a great location with lots of shops and cafe's within a short walk. Are only concern during our stay was there was construction in the next building that started at 8:00am every moring so sleeping in was not an option. Also, toward the end of our day we actually had someone walk into the flat while we were sleeping. They left quickly, but it still startled us. Other than that our stay went very well.
Thank you and Diana for a very pleasant stay in Rome. We would recommend you to our friends. Have a great day.
The service we received in our communications with BandB of Rome was excellent.
P. was an excellent hostess and I will be staying in her B&B again. Thanks!
Miss Flavia was very easy to deal with and was kind enough to help us get a taxi to the airport.
Many thanks to all for a really efficient and effective service.
This B&B is in a very respectable area, walking distance to practically everything in Rome's centre, particularly the northern half of the city, although we walked down to the southern half also. The bedroom's and bathrooms are beautiful, spotless and have great character. The hostess has great taste in decor, and provides a tasty breakfast in the morning. She also provides good advice about the locale if you ask her any questions.

Excellent with the nice garden and friendly hosts.
Our hosts were very prompt, friendly and helpful. Our apartment was nicely decorated, comfortable, cheerful, and very secure. Close to markets and historical sites alike, our accommodation allowed us to walk to everything we wanted to see. We would recommend this apartment to friends.
Matilda was so friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our visit. Very comfortable, clean, and a great value. Internet access wasn't working but that was minor! Thank you.

Me and my sister visited the home of Diana V. on Viale Trastevere and we would like to recommend it to everybody looking for a quiet and lovely place to stay.
Reservation service was great. Good location. Cozy and comfortable.
I have a lot of good things to say about Laurentina, the lady was so kind with everything. The room was clean and cool, I loved the balcony, the breakfast was good everyday and the hostest was very very kind as I said she gave good information about places to go everyday. I had an eventuallity with my friend who lost her flight and the hostest she helped as much as she could and I really appreciate it. She speaks good french and I wont doubt to come back to Laurentina if I travel again to Rome. Five stars from me!!
Lovely place to stay, felt so at home here and Maria is lovely and very helpful.
I am so happy that we booked this apartment. The neighbourhood was perfect. It wasn't too busy and loud, but still close to everything. Our host met us there on time and recommended some amazing places to eat. Everything was very clean and it had everything we needed.

Loved the stay! Will definitely be back. Thanks so much for making Rome beautiful and homely with your comfortable accommodation!
It was a very nice stay. Thank you so much!
The most amazing vacation apartment I have stayed in after having travelled to every single continent except for Africa in the last 16 years. The apartment is located in a lovely neighbourhood and within walking distance from Campo Fiori, and even the Vatican City. Just crossing the closest bridge will bring you to the Piazza Bocca de la Veritá! On top of that, the hostess was very kind and helpful, and the apartment full of travel guides in case you haven't done your research before arriving in Roma.
As an avid B&Ber, I was extremely impressed with the accommodations, the location and most of all, the host, during our stay in Rome. The room was exactly as described, large, airy, clean and quiet, the bathroom was beautiful with hand laid mosaics on the walls and floors and the hospitality second to none. We were greeted with a host of information on Rome, a map of the city, ideas for restaurants close by and walking routes and each morning, a beautiful spread of cheese, jam, different breads and pastries, yogurt, fruit and ,of course, coffee and tea. Both my husband and I slept soundly in the comfortable large bed and had lots of room to spread out our luggage, after having come from a two week cruise with lots of clothes in tow. There was plenty of hot water in the large shower after a long day of sightseeing and a large fan over the bed to make our nights pleasant during our stay in April. Our host even arranged our taxi transfer to the airport on our departure date. I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Rome and hope to stay there again one day.
Taxi rank just 30 seconds up the road was a huge plus and drives were rarely more than 10 minutes from central locations. Maria also informed us of a delicious cafe and tavola calda just round the corner.
Our hostesses were very helpful and considerate. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the twin beds were comfortable too. We liked the neighborhood and would stay there again.
I had a great time. But as always in life, the important thing in it are the people one meets. I was indeed privileged to meet and stay with Flavia and Elena. ( Elena will be a star) Such people one would have wanted to know for a life time.
Good location (close to historical center), good access to public transportation and close nearby restaurants. Very nice room, clean and separated from the rest of the house.
Imponerande!
We were very impressed with the standard of the room and the service. The room and bathroom seem newly renovated. Another plus is the helpful staff which keeps the place spotless. The location is a little away from the center, but close to the Peters Church, which you have to pass walking to and from the center. A good choice for a pleasant stay in Rome.

One of the nicest apartments we stayed. It was clean, had all modern conveniences, a great shower and the owner was lovely. She gave us so many tips on sights and restaurants and we went to most of her recommendations, all very excellent. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you again for a wonderful Rome experience.
The appartment Gianicolense was excellent! We had a very fine time in Rome, thank you!
Had a good stay. We found the area quiet and enjoyable (not always the case with our prior Rome visits) with several good nearby restaurants and convenient to the major sites.
Wonoderful terrace, perfect location of the apartment. Great weather, sunshine everyday - could not have been better!! Second time we rent an apartment thru you and it is definetely not the last time. Recommend your association to all my friends.
We had a very pleasant stay at our accommodation and our host was very nice and a great help. He had lots of insider tips for us and each of them was absolutely great. We had a nice room with a wonderful view from our balcony. The whole cupola of St. Peter Dome can be seen from there.
We were happy with the accommodation, the easy traffic connection by metro, the nice restaurants close-by and with the fascinating city.
One of my best memories of my trip to Rome will be Simonetta's B&B. I really felt like home. It was very close to the metro, which meant all of Rome was a short ride away. Simonetta had great tips about where to go and what to eat. If I ever return, I will definitely book my stay here. Grazie mille, Simonetta!
A warm welcome by our hostess in a very cozy apartment. Perfect communication and very helpful and easygoing hostess - she's just great. (We arrived at 11PM - no problem.)
If I return to Rome, I would choose to stay at this same apartment. The location was great; quieter than the center of Rome but still close to everything and just 2 metro stops from Termini.
Our stay with Madilde was great - lovely apartment and building, great location. Unfortunately the apartment was having some work done and the builders ran over time (we were made aware of this before we travelled) so we missed out on having breakfast time with our host which was a pity! But other than that everything was perfect and we would definitely recommend this type of accommodation in Rome, the standard was high. The B&B Association is definitely the way to go.
Everything was great.
We had a wonderful, unstressful week in Rome. I rated Hosts availaability GOOD but that is simply because after our initial arrival we didn't have need to contact Ms. P. as everything went smoothly. In fewer words I could rate that item EXCELLENT.
The location was perfect, the apartment was immaculate, the WiFi was fast and flawless, and K. was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

The situationing is perfect, close to Termini and the Collosseum. Metrostop 'Cavour' is only 200 metres away. Lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are closely available. The apartment is fine and perfect for 2 persons. Valentina is a very professional and nice host. We'd like to thank her for caring!
GREAT PLACE TO STAY
really enjoyable and well positioned for public transport into the rest of the city
We love this apartment - third time we have stayed there - it is just a home away from home! thanks!!
I have the pleasure to let you know that we had a very pleasant stay in Roma last week. The B and B we booked through your services was perfect : tastefully furnished and decorated, very quiet though in a lively aera, great breakfast and, last but not least, the extremely kind welcome by M. L.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here in Rome and found the apartment to be excellent value. I would gladly recommend and/or use the services of the Bed & Breakfast Association of Rome again.
Very well equiped apartment, comfortable and clean.Pretty area with character, easy acess to Tram 8 and to shops.

Nice and friendly accueil by Patricia. Nice advice and help to find my way. The room is small but adequate and, important, clean. The bathroom is OK. I will recomment this adress to family and friends. I have appreciated my nice stay in Rome.
Suzie was a fine hostess; she made certain we were all settled and comfortable. The flat was beautiful and perfectly located, and quiet!
An excellent place to stay a few days in Rome. Except for the fact that hot water runs out pretty fast (and you have to wait for a while before is hot again), I give it a 10/10.
Thank you we thought everything about your service was wonderful. A special thank you to Marie and Antonio for sorting out my booking error as we arrived a day before we were expected. We were both delighted that you quickly made the association that we had arrived a day early and that the flat was not ready for another day but that you managed to organise everything by the time we arrived at the flat. Thank you again if only everything we did had this level of service. Your attitude that something is only a problem if you can't sort it out is delightful.
My stay at Cod. 061 Piramide - Ostiense was fantastic. Lila met us there and was very helpful with showing us the apartment and it's amenities. Lila also recommended several local restaurants that proved to be wonderful.
We had a very good stay at Cod.084 Laurentina - The hostess was very friendly and welcoming all throughout the stay. We would highly recommend this bed & breakfast to others. Breakfast was sufficient and fresh every day. Excellent service.
We realy enjoyed our stay in Rome at Mrs P. Accomodation. She's really a very friendly and helpfull person. As far as I have seen it in Italy the breakfast is almost only a coffe. And therfor I can only recomment warmly Mrs. P. breakfast. We had a nice time at her home.
This was our first visit to Rome.

Our host was very friendly. We have felt ourselves very comfortable during our stay.
Wonderful fully equipped penthouse appartment with terrace in residencial area, with all the facilities close by (restaurants, typical street market, supermarket, etc). Metro line A (ponte lungo) 10 minute walk away, Nº 87 bus around the corner (well worth the ride to some of the main sites in Rome and site seeing on the way). We loved our stay and when we return we'll count on Marisa.

A very nice accommodation and the Host Paola was very helpfull when needed. The breakfast was not like ower standards but was oke.
We had an excellent stay. The next time we travel to Rome, there is no question that we will choose a B&B. Thanks!
Enjoyed our stay at this B&B. Patrizia was very friendly and helpful as was Manuel (employee). B&B close to transit station and bus routes. Would definitely stay there again!
Our stay A 1, hoist was helpful. Would recommend to anybody
Hello, everything was fine - nice and clean room and a friendly service.
I was pretty nervous being on my own in Rome for 3 days, however, S. made me feel very much at home. She went over the Metro Pass with me and gave me great directions, and she assisted me with getting in with a group for the Vatican Museum, so I would not have to wait in line. The location of the Bed & Breakfast was awesome. I walked to the Vatican Museum and the Metro was only one block away for my other excursions. If I would return to Rome with my husband at some time in the future, I would consider staying here again.
The B&B is located in a secure area, 10 min from Vatican, 5 min from Castel Sant Angelo, 15 min from Pza Navona by foot. The hostess is a very kind person, the breakfast is tasty, the room & bathroom are very clean. We would definitely come back.
Great location, very nice and friendly hostess; neat, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Thank you for everything Mrs V.!!
This was a most delightful place to stay in Rome. A charming little cottage in a tranquil zen garden where we could relax after a hectic day of sightseeing. Excellent location within minutes from the train station and the heart of old Rome via Tram #8. Hosts Anna Maria and Guglielmo are two of the kindest hosts we have every encountered in our travels. Observing the gentleness and peace of Zen Buddhist monks was a unique and memorable experience. We highly recommend this B&B.
Gloria was a wonderful hostess and the accommodations were charming. the location of this lodging is perfect -- so close to everything and surrounded by good things. The only drawback was the fact that in Italy there are no screens on the windows and the mosquitos were really bad and in our room. I advise travellers to bring mosquito repellant. I also had this shappen to me in Florence in 2007 so I am not blaming Gloria. It is just a difference in architecture. Our houses in Canada are screened -- Italy, it seems mostly not!
Varm and accomodating hosts! Very nice bedroom and bathroom! We really enjoyed the stay!
very nice location and nice place to stay. We are very much comfortable staying here during our visit.
Excellent location, nice and quiet. Vittoria B. was most helpfull and nice person. We are very happy with our stay.
Very nice B&B. Location is very convenient. Although the room is not as new as the photos show, we really enjoyed the family style service from hostess.

just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed this B&B very much. It was exactly as described. The rooms/beds etc., were very comfortable and we all enjoyed the terrace. It really isn’t that far to the historic centre and I’m happy we stayed in this district as it is much more quiet and has some great restaurants. We took a cab back one night and it was only eight euro.
Angelo was a great host. The house was very nice, comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Our bathroom was small but adequate. Very private, quiet. All in all a great B&B.
I loved the stay in Rome, accommodation allowed this to become even better. The hostess was extremely friendly and available. Room with a prime location that could quickly reach any point in the city. The tastefully decorated and corresponds to the photos available on site. The delicious breakfast served all day at the time requested. If one day return to Rome I will certainly opt for this Bed & Breakfast. Thanks for everything, hope to return soon.
Bed-, bathroom and livingroom were very nicely furnished and in very good condition. For us the beds/matrasses were a little bit hard, but that would really be our only little complaint. Thanks again to the hostess who did a really good job providing us with brochures and information. Bakery and supermarket around the corner were excellent too!! Thank you, we had a lovely stay in Rome!!

This is a 5* apartment. Great location, in the middle of Italian life. You can hear life on the streets, but it adds to the great atmosphere. The place itself is very clean and excellently laid out. Modern, 2 bathrooms. Little supermarket at 20 meters from the house. Great restaurant around the corner. Within walking distance from Forum, Pantheon and other sights of Rome. We will go back!
Hostess was very nice. She couldn't speak english but my wife learnt a little Italian prior to our trip and was able to converse with her.
We spent a very good time in Rome and the B&B of Dora! Although we have not talked that much as we were out most of the time we always knew we could contact her about anything! We were provided with information on Rome, bus services etc. and loved our clean room and the breakfast! We can only recommend a stay, Piazza Venezia (city centre) can be reached easily by bus within 15-20 minutes, even by night. Best wishes to Dora and her son who was so nice to wait for us when we arrived later than expected! Grazie! :)
A very nice and silent room in a very quiet part of town. Excellent bathroom with a lot of art. Breakfast was fine. We can recommend this place.
It was a nice neighborhood and lovely hosts. It would have been nice to have wireless internet or an available phone to use my international calling card on.
Enjoyed our stay
First, you have a very convenient site. Secondly, correspondence, meeting and talking with the hostess were all very convenient, clear and timely manner. We were pleased with our apartment, everything worked, was clean and comfortable. It was nice that the kitchen is equipped for cooking, because the first two days we were buying in the market which is really close, and prepared foods. And only one thing we needed - it's another mirror! A very convenient location of the apartment from the center and it seemed to us that this is a quiet family neighborhood. We had a wonderful and eventful week in Rome!

THE HOSTS WERE VERY KIND & FRIENDLY, THE LOCATION WAS WELL SITUATED WITH LOVELY AFFORDABLE RESTAURANTS AND GELATORIAS WITHIN WALKABLE RANGE. WE ENJOYED ALOT THANKS TO GOD AND PLAN ON COMING AGAIN GOD WILLING. MANY THANKS TO LILA & HER HUSBAND AND TO MARIE ANDERSON FOR FACILITATING THINGS
The hostess was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean and neat. We could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend this accommodation
We had an excellent holliday to Roma ,grace also to Marcela who realy helped us with tips for restaurants, shops and turistic tour.
We loved rome and the apartment. The hostess is very nice, but she doesn't speak English. The location of the apartment is ok, although we thought that it was closer to Trastevere. You can't walk there. However, Trastavere is easy to reach in no more than 5 minutes with Bus 44, which departs every 10 minutes and drives till 00:00. The centre is reachable in 10 minutes, that was great.

Would certainly stay there again, a peaceful, clean haven and Sig'ra D'A. very gracious and helpful. We felt at home.
The photos did not do this apartment justice! It was spotless and much larger than what we had anticipated. The location was fantastic easy access to the train station and the Colosseum. Both beds were comfortable and the apartment was so quiet so we had no issues getting a good nice rest. The hostess provided us with a nice map of local restaurants she recommended. This was the perfect fit for our needs and plan to stay there again on our next visit.
We definately recommend this facility to anyone. The room and home were wonderful, the location was perfect, it was quiet and comfortable, and the decor was gorgous ( very artistic and tastefully done). We were very happy with our stay, and would stay there again. Our hostess was very welcoming and sweet. We thank her for her kindness.
Clean room/bathroom. Good variety of foods for breakfast. Very close to the train line. Simonetta was helpful with tourist information as well as local restaurants and shops.
What a beautiful room and superb location. About 500 metres from the Coliseum , Forum & Palantine Hill yet wonderfully quiet & peaceful in our room which is tucked away in a lovely old building . We loved the courtyard entrance. Hostess is welcoming and very helpful. Very strongly recommended. Area full of good restuarants and cafes at reasonable prices.
Our host was very charming and gracious. The accomodations were very nice. The only thing I might suggest is that the breakfasts would include some fruit, meat and cheese and that there might be an automated coffee machine. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this B&B to our friends.
Very nice appartment and very well located! Contact persons were very nice. You may use the bus 49 around the corner to get to the vatican city.
Lila welcomed us to Rome and really made us feel at home, she offerred some great advice and was an excellent and lovely hostess. We would stay there again that's for sure. A lovely stay. Thank you all for your assistance
A lovely apartment in a great location. Very friendly hostesses and would definitely recommend.
We had a lovely stay in Rome at the B&B, the accommodation was excellent. It was very good value for money, we will certainly recommend it. The location close to the metro stop which made Rome really accessible, despite not being in a central location. My only recommendation would be to increase the detail of the directions from the point of leaving the metro station as they weren't useful when we arroved at the Cornelia stop.
I had a nice stay in Rome accomodated in a B&B room with good standard just a short walk from Termini station. The hostess, ms R., was very gentle and serviceminded recommending different attractions and views for me as I was new in town.
The apartment is lovely, well designed and well equipped. The air conditioning and double glazing were greatly appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would have no hesitation is recommending your association.

LOVED LOCATION, LOVED AMBIENCE OF PROPERTY, CLOSE TO RAILWAY/METRO, LOVED THE OLD LIFT, AND THE PICTURES AND COLOUR SCHEME OF THE PLACE.
What a beautiful place!!! We found our room and the apartment just like in the pictures. The whole must have been newly renovated. Place is really clean. Distance to Stazione Termini 15. As soon as you know your way around you might even be able to make it in 10 minutes. Christina is a very friendly lady and wants just the best for her guests! We'll definitely book again!
We were very satisfied with our choice. It is a lovely apartment, with a nice terrace, very comfortably located, really just 2 min. walk from the Ciprio underground station. Our hostess was perfect, very friendly and considerate. Thanks to her advice we had a wonderful and carefree stay in Rome. We really recommend this address. Thank you Simonetta!
This was me and my wife’s first 3 days visit in Rom. The impression and memories are high. The Hostess was kind and excellent, more than ever expected. We can strongly recommend her residence for others. Half an hour by bus and metro to the centre parts of the town. Just great
We enjoyed our time at the no. 074 Trastevere very much.It is a special place, quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very helpful, finding good restaurants. Also with the bus and train schedule.

We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment in Rome. While travelling with 7 members of my family and our mom (80 years old)the appartment was very comfortable (good beds, no noise during the night, air condition) and suited everyone`s needs. The location is great and if you take the bus tour Roma Cristiana (type of Open Tour) the bus stop is just at the corner of the street, this is great after a long day walking under the roman sun! At our arrival, we were

Great appartment and good situated with regard to city sight seeing. The street was not very interesting in itself. The balcony was a real added value. Some comfortable chairs would increase comfort of the stay. Everything is available. The AC is a must have in summer! Kitchen is very small and basic for real cooking but suitable for preparing breakfast and coffee.
Just a few words to say that we stayed this summer in Roma in the apartment of Marco Ubaldini, via Labicana. Marco and his wife were adorable, very nice and helpful, (...). The location of the house is perfect and the rooms are very elegant and clean. We were 4 adults and a baby, it was just perfect for everybody, we recommend warmly this charming address.
We enjoyed our stay in Rome...Elissa is wonderful, very kind person!
The room was delightful and was located in a part of town that allowed us to see all of Rome that we wanted to see. The hostess spoke English, which was helpful. She made herself available but was not intrusive. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful. Would fully recommend this B&B to others.
Wonderful apartment just off subway line. We loved the terrace, spending our mornings eating breakfast there, and the air conditioning was a treat too. We'd definitely stay there again.
I can't remember the name of our hostess but she was wonderful as was the flat. We had flight and train delays and she was so patient with us and waited for us to arrive and which point she was very friendly, gave us a tour, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. The flat itselt was in a beautiful building, quiet street and very quaint and clean. We couldn't have been happier and would definitely stay again!
Great room and bathroom. Great amount of hot water and air condintion. Great location also. Cristina was very nice.
It was nice to have an English speaking host. This was our first trip to Italy and he was very friendly and helpful. Around just enough; not too much, not too little.
Our stay in Rome was made even more wonderful by staying at this conveniently located residence. Sig. N. was very accommodating and welcoming with her place and often we felt right at home. Just down the street from the Vatican, it was easily and quickly walkable to all the other city sights and a comfortable place to return to at the end of the night for a much needed rest.

Signora S. runs an excellent B&B! It's clean and spacious, and right next to Cipro metro station. I highly recommend it!
Our Host Frederica was very friendly and helpfull! We enjoyed our stay!
Very clean, comfortable & secure appartment within walking distance of most of the sights of Rome. Our friendly host met us on time and explained all we needed to know about the accomodation. Spar store 2 minutes walk away for breakfast & beverage goods. Very pleased with this accomodation, would recommend & use again! Thank you!
Fantastic location with modern, comfortable, glamorous rooms. Patrizia was a delightful host. I would recommend this B&B to any traveller
IT WAS LIKE OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME. NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE.
I really enjoyed my stay at Gene's B&B in Rome. The host was very friendly, helpful and he made my Rome experience even more pleasant by his great personality and wonderful conversations. The breakfast was always fresh and healthy, nicely served. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and inviting, with a great view. Gene's two kitties, Tommy Tiger and Woolfy, are adorable and they are really fun to play with. I am very happy with my choice of B&B and will recommend it to my friends and family, as well as to all the other world travelers. Thanks!
The hostess N. was very helpful and made us feel at home.
Absolutely amazing! Beautiful flat furnished tastefully with antiques in a perfect location. Our hostess was so kind and friendly, and she has a really very beautiful flat, complete with brand new shower/bathroom, air conditioning, tv and stereo system, and mini-fridge. this really really was the BEST!
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apartment Cod. 023. The hostess, Ms. Metella, was gracious and met us on time at the apartment. We were given a tour of the place and were shown all the emergency contact information. The apartment was clean and well furnished with modern decorations. Bathrooms were clean. Apartment was located on third floor (top floor) on a small sidestreet in Trastevere. Morning street chatter from below could be somewhat disruptive. However location was excellent with plentiful shopping and dining facilities within walking distance. We enjoyed our time here immensely and consider it a highlight amongst the other accommodations we experienced in Italy.
I believe that is the best accomodation location for a tourist ever, and Cristina - the hostess - is really nice and attentive!
It was really good recommendation from our Italian Friends to contact [Bed and Breakfast Association of Rome], the reservation was very simple, easy, accessible and quite as well. Your firm web site explaining everything with a lot of useful information and tips for any visitor that will visit Rome for the first time.
Wonderful area with easy transportation, great market shops and restaurants in nice neighborhood, internet cafe couple blocks away. Our hostess was great, not any english but so helpful and walked us to internet cafe and bus stop to show us the way our first time. It was so nice and peaceful. Thanks so much for providing such great accomodations.
This apartment was excellent. The location, near Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, was conveniently situated within walking distance of all major sites. The apartment was very nice. We had 3 adults couples in our party, but the two bedroom accommodations were perfect for our needs. Both bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the sleeper sofas in the living area were quite comfortable for the two younger members of our group. The kitchen was well equipped; the bathrooms were very clean; and we had all of the amenities needed to make our stay quite enjoyable. We were so glad to find the Bed and Breakfast Association of Rome on-line. Our contact person, Marie, was awesome. We had numerous communications with her and she kept us fully informed of booking requirements and check-in procedures. And yes, we had a wonderful holiday in Rome. We wish we could have stayed much longer.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to rome, very friendly & good value accomodation. wow, what a city
Valentina was really nice and helpful to us. The location of the place is great and it was really clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
The accommodation we had was perfect for what my partner and I wanted. Somewhere clean and quiet where we could clean, change and sleep. Although the accommodation was outside the centre of Rome, we were supplied with ample information for the local transport and a bus direct into the centre of Rome was less than 1 mintue walk.
The apartment was just perfect for us to finish our 5 weeks in Europe. It gave us a roomy, modern, well furnished area to relax. And with a very well equiped kitchen we were able to enjoy some lovely home cooked food. The apartment is close to the Vatican and we really were able to walk to most places or a short taxi to others. Just loved it!
Signora B. is simply the absolute best hostess any traveler could hope for. Her B&B is beautiful, spacious, and has a wonderful balcony overlooking lemon trees, a pool and tennis courts. It is also incredibly conveniently located just off Via Balduina, which takes one directly into the centre of Rome, and is an easy walk to Vatican and other sites. Vittoria transformed our brief stay in Rome from one marked by trepidation and slight anxiety into one characterized by a palpable sense of 'home'. I cannot overemphasize what a generous, helpful and gracious hostess she was for us. I wholeheartedly recommend her B&B to anyone considering staying in Rome. We are, in fact, staying with her again upon our return from Grosseto, if for no other reason to see her and her delightful cat, Sophia, once more before heading to Canada.
An excellent location and perfect accomodation for our stay. Would not hesitate to use your service again based upon our experience.

We returned home again after our trip to Rome.
I would like to say that the accommodations were great. It's in a nice, relatively quiet , non-touristy neighborhood, walking distance to most sites, close to public transportation with good restaurants in the area and congenial host speaks good English.
24-04-2010, Catalunya - Spain
Situated in a quiet place, just 10 minutes walking distance to Santa Maria de Trastevere. If you want to go to the city
We received a warm welcome from our host. Room and badroom of good size and neat. Close to all major spots to visit. Only drawback: can be noisy at night due to collection of dustbinns.
The hosts were very genial, available, and helpful. They offered good advice about the neighborhood resources for dinner and alimentari. The apartment is extremely located for access to trains to and from the airport and busses and trams to tourist and other locations in the city. The Tiber is two blocks away.
Appartement agréable dans un immeuble calme, le quartier est résidentielle proche du centre historique avec des commerces et moyens de transport à proximité. Grâce à la wifi nous avons pu communiquer avec la propriétaire.
It was more than we could have expected. Signora Vittoria was a wonderful hostess and most helpful. Our stay was one of the "high-lights" of our stay in Italy. I would recommend to all that they consider staying at Balduina Alta
It was really marvelous time in Rome. Location of accommodation just perfect to feel real, ordinary life of Rome.
Very nice hostess and apartment in a nice location.
Only thing missing for an excellent rating in the breakfast was the fact that there is no fresh bread available but I red the policy and understood that such products, not wrapped in plastic, were not allowed to be served in the B&B. Excluding that detail, I would rate it Excellent.
We enjoyed the privacy and peaceful setting very much.
It was a very pleasant stay. Beautiful place, Very nice host

We were thrilled! We first saw your organization simply by Googling "apartments in Rome" and it felt like a risk but we have been thoroughly satisfied by all aspects of the booking, the information before we arrived, the welcome and the apartment itself. Our hosts were lovely and texted us part way thru' our visit to check that everything was okay. They allowed us to arrive early and leave our bags until 5.45 on our departure day at no extra cost. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It's location was excellent-quiet and very close to St Peter's square.
- Angus an Sue MacLeay
I can recommend all my friends to stay with Gloria, she was helpful and so kind.
VERY NICE AREA...VERY NICE APARTMENT...VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFUL HOSTESS..DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN...COK GUZEL CEVRE..COK IYI VE YARDIMCI EV SAHIBI...TEMIZ APARTMENT...TAKSICILERE DIKKAT...PAZARLIK SART...
Couldn't have asked for a nicer end to a great week of vacation. It was also really nice to come back to a garden at a long day in the busy city. Also their suggestions for where to find great food were exactly what we were looking for and absolutely delicious.
This apartment was perfectly located -- steps from the Campo, but not noisy. It was a short walk over the Ponte Sisto to get to Trastevere, and everything else was within walking distance (Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps), except the Vatican, which still was not far. Our family of five had plenty of room (although we were out and about for most of every day). Bernardino even put in an extra bed in the second room for one of my kids, so we didn't even use the sofa bed. Having lived in Italy before, I can say that this was fairly close to real Italian living. Also, while there is no washer/dryer, everyone should know that there is a laundromat literally next door (always open, it

Very good reservation service and information all the way! The apartment has excellent location with walking distance to all the sights. The apartment was clean, nice and spacious for two people. The hostess met us at arrival and was very service minded. We would stay here again!
Beautiful, amazing place in the middle of Trastevere housing block. Special thanks to kind hosts and co-host Alberto!
Hostess very friendly and helpful! Would stay there again.

We want to say thank you very much to Mr. Marcello, he gave us many useful and helpful suggestions so we could be more convenience. The home-like feel apartment is clean and comfortable, the location is good that just next to the subway, and easy to reach supermarket, reasonable price restaurant and a very good cafe. (which we still miss the croissant and coffee there...) In addition, we also want to say thank you to the lady who made breakfast to us, the breakfast is nice.
The room was fantastic, the hostess was really kind and went out of her way to make us comfy, we wish we could have stayed longer! We did take down her info in order to pass it on to other family members who may traveling to Rome in the future. The room was spotless, but did a have a bit of a musty smell (maybe from the bathroom?). That was our only real complaint, but certainly not enough to keep us away!
We had a wonderfull time at Gene's place. He makes you feel at home in Rome! We would definitely go back to him at our hopefully next visit to Rome.

My family stayed in two rooms let by Licia F. and her mother, Sonya, on October 27, 28, and 29. The rooms were extremely large and very nicely furnished. They appeared to be very new w/ up-to-date furnishing and the bathrooms were very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the rooms very much. Ms. Licia spoke very little English and did not understand us at all so that was a bit difficult, however, her mother, Ms. Sonya did speak and understand English very well. It seemed as if Licia is the one responsible for the rooms as Ms. Sonya had us to pay Licia the remaining payments. The location is convenient to the Vatican and if I had not had to wear an orthopedic boot on my leg (up to my knee) for a bad ankle, it would have been an easy walk. However, the hill from the main street up Via Aurelia to the apartments was quite steep so it would be a difficult walk for an older person. There were a lot of steps as well leading to the Vatican, but they were not very steep and easily manageable even with my boot! Our only difficulty was finding a nice restaurant in the immediate area for dinner. The day we spent at The Vatican on Wednesday, we never could find a place to eat that evening before 7:00 pm so we bought some meat, cheese and yogurt from a local market for dinner which was okay, but we missed having an authentic Italian Dinner! I would be happy to recommend the B&B at Via Aurelia to anyone, we had no problem finding the bus into historic Rome, but visitors to Rome need to be cautious w/ the taxi drivers at the Termini! We took two taxis as we had 4 people and large pieces of luggage and we were charged 40 Euro's and later found that was extremely high compared to what we should have paid! Due to our luggage (we went on a 10-day cruise immediately after staying at this B&B), we could not manage the bus! Your directions, booking and reservation service was very easy and accomodating for us and we appreciate your assistance in making our visit to Rome so wonderful.
We had a great stay at Genes b&b, the location was good with a great view of st peters dome from the veranda, the breakfast was tasty and set you up for a day of sight seeing, however it was Genes superb knowledge of Rome and his recommendations of restaurants as well as his generous and friendly nature that really made it a great stay, highly recommend this b&b
We stayed at property no. 074 last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our hosts were extremely gracious and it was like being in a Japanese garden in the midst of the city - very relaxing. I especially loved their menagerie of animals...

Just a quick note to thank you very much for handling the booking of our apartment in Rome (Cod. 107 Termini - Cavour). Our apartment was comfortable, nice and perfect for 2 people. The location was very convenient and close enough to walk to all of Rome's attractions (and also near by supermarket, metro station and Termini). The hostess was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend that apartment to our friends.

We had a fantastic time in Rome, and I wanted to give you some feedback on our stay at No. 028 Room #1: The reservation process was fantastic - my first choice was already booked, but I immediately received a reply email from Marie suggesting a few other B&B's that were available in the area and timeframe we were in Rome. We ended up in Accomodation No 028, and it could not have been any better! It is located in the perfect location - very centralized so that we could walk everywhere, yet in a rather quiet side street which was great for sleeping at night (low noise levels). When we arrived from the airport, our host (I believe he was the owner) was awaiting us in front of the building. Even though he spoke very little English, he seemed very friendly. Once we got upstairs to the B&B, there was a younger woman there who spoke English very well. She would be our main contact, and in fact had a room there where she was staying to be available for the guests - and she always had a smile on her face. The room (Room #01) was very spacious, had a comfortable Queen size bed, and also an air conditioning unit. There was also a TV in the room, although there were no international TV channels. The bathroom appeared newly remodeled, also very nice. Breakfast was served in a little cozy nook, and consisted of different juices, home-made baked goods, fresh fruit, coffee / tea, and various fruit spreads and Nutella. There was always plenty of food! On our last day we were able to leave our luggage while we did some more exploring (our flight was not until 8pm that night) - that was fantastic! Once it was time to leave, they even called us a cab, and the owner made sure it picked us up on time. We could not have asked for anything more. We will definitely come back and have recommended your service and No.028 to many friends and family members. Thank you again for making our stay in Rome such a fantastic experience!
Gene was a most gracious and helpful host. His knowledge of Rome and suggestions of places to eat were superlative. His two cats were an unexpected treat - friendly but considerate. His bilingual status gave us an extra level of confidence that we would know how things worked and how to get about. There could not be a better place or better host- all the best and a close view of the St Peter's dome - terrific!!"

The host was excellent, very friendly and helpful. He provided good tourist information and prepared lots of material, which helped us a lot. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family
We appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the mini refrigerator. Our bed was the most comfortable bed we had in Rome and the room is exceptionally clean. Thank you for a lovely stay

Immaculately clean!! Very convenient to metro. Excellent restaurant next door Hosteria da Enzo and very affordable. Excellent gelato a few doors down! Hostess (Lila) was very helpful, provided maps of Rome and gave us bus numbers to get around. We really appreciated the cold water when we arrived and the fresh fruit.

We just returned from our vacation in Italy and I wanted to send you a short note to thank-you for your help in arranging our apartment in Rome. The location was fantastic and we really loved the city. The apartment on via dell'Orso is close enough to walk to all of Rome's main attractions, but it is tucked away on a quiet street close to little shops and restaurants away from the large tourist crowds. I had the best pasta of our trip in the Orso 80 restaurant downstairs from the apartment. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for your help in making that part of our trip a success.

My stay at the B&B was very pleasant. I enjoyed the old appartment building with the historic architecture and beautifully decorated interiors very much. The ladies took good care of every detail and I felt I had a nice home in the beautiful neighbourhood of Trastevere. To me this is a much nicer stay then the high-end hotels with their polished but inpersonal service and anonymous atmosphere. They ladies of the B&B association also needs a recommendation as they were most customer friendly as they helped me out at the last minute to find this very nice room. Now that I got to know Rome a little better I'm considering coming again for a short stay and would again choose the B&B.
29-09-2009, Lewes, UK
We had a wonderful few days in Rome. The B&B was very good. Room was pleasant and quiet overlooking the garden. The bed very comfortable. Bathroom was also fine, and though the towels might have been a slightly higher standard they were plentiful. Location was excellent. Though slightly outside the heart of old Trastevere, the closeness of bus or tram stops meant getting into the centre was very easy. And walking in Trastevere itself was easy. Breakfast was good, too, with excellent coffee.
29-09-2009, Morgantown, WV - USA
We very much enjoyed our stay at Mrs. V.'s B&B. She is a very nice lady. The neighborhood seems safe. It is within 100 metres of the No. 8 Tram so that access to the City Centre is quick and convenient. There are nice restaurants within walking distance as well as Catholic Churches for those who like to attend Mass even while on vacation. Breakfast was good --- coffee, tea, breads, juice and jams/honey. Our hostess was very accommodating as to the hour when we wanted to have it served. The room was lovely --- nicely furnished, with a cute balcony. It was quiet. There was air conditioning in the room. The bathroom was modern and clean. I thought this represented a wonderful value and would return there on future trips to Rome. We learned of this delightful B & B through Slowtrav.com/italy.

We're back home in the USA now but wanted to keep our word and let you know what we thought of the apartment -- it was great!
21-09-2009, Brussels, Belgium
First of all: perfect place!! Very well situated between the Piazza Cavour and the Treves and on walking distance of most of the sites. Ms. Suzie Ninni is a very kind and serviable person who also speaks French and English (always helpful if clients don't speak Italian) and who can recommend excellent places. There is absolutely nothing to criticize. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a shower that works (meaning has pressure and warm water!!! - not very easy to find these days, even in hotels). The only minor point (if you want to call it that) is that maybe 2 sets of keys would make it easier to stroll on one's own in the street of Rome. I did this and once at the door, the "portiero" did not respond and there is no ringer on the door for her appartment, so I had to call my husband who was in the room to come down and let me in. But as I said, this was not really a problem for us.

We were very comfortable at 018 in Rome. The room and bathroom were both very clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable and the linen fresh and crisp.
I wanted to thank you for your help in finding an apartment in Rome. We were hosted by Marco U. at Labicana and the apartment was everything it has been advertised on your website. We were very pleased with the apartment, the amenities, the cleanliness, the location, and the assistance from the hosts. We arrived at the apartment a bit early to leave our luggage, but Marco graciously insisted we go ahead and rest in the bedroom that was already cleaned while he and his wife cleaned the remainder – they were wonderful hosts and terrific people. They had many lists available for restaurants, groceries, etc and even helped us make dinner reservations one night in Trastavere. When we were checking out, we even met Marco’s parents, who were just delightful.

We were very impressed by the hostess' friendliness and helpfulness. I think we almost wanted her to stay and show us around the city- and we've been to Rome before! The location was excellent, particularly for our purpose of being in the city, but needing to get to Stadio Olimpico on Tuesday night. The apartment itself was like a little box of tricks, I think we enjoyed it greatly. Very neat, pretty comfortable especially when the size of it is taken into account. We'd be very happy to stay there again.

My daughter and I were delighted to stay with Vittoria in her lovely home May 24-28, 2009. She was a perfect hostess and helpful in every way. We emailed her before our stay with many questions and she responded quickly with invaluable advice. Her home is very neat and clean with beautiful furnishings and unique original artwork. The breakfast on the terrace was always a joy and she made sure we had all our favorites. One morning we were leaving very early so she brought a tray to our room the night before with juice, rolls with jams, cream cheese and fruit. Vittoria arranged transportation and took us to purchase our train tickets to Pisa and Venice which saved us alot of money since she could converse with the travel agent. We highly recommend staying with Vittoria and will stay with her again when we return.
As travellers this was our first experiemce in a B&B. In cities we tend to explore for a long time.

He was a gracious host, and his advice on tourist destinations, meals and general tips made our stay in Rome very enjoyable. Gene was so friendly and helpful we felt we wanted to return his hospitality and have invited him to stay in our home if he ever comes to Vancouver, Canada
Gene was a fantastic host, friendly, welcoming and informative. A wonderful breakfast set us up for a day exploring Rome. Gene's tips allowed us to fund secret places and discover parts not in the guidebook. Highly recommended and we will definately return!

We stayed at this apartment for 5 nights and had a great time. The owner Marco was helpful and welcomed us with a pie. The location was good. Just down the street from the Colosseum and Roman Forum and the Metro "red line" was a couple blocks down the other way. Thanks for a great time in Rome!

I just wanted to let you know we had a great time in Rome and really enjoyed our stay with Maria and her husband at the "B & B" (Porta Portese). We found our room to be very clean and comfortable. Thank you very much for the use of your lovely home. It made our visit to Rome just perfect! It was very nice to know that we could come back to such a comforting place at the end of each day. We were pleasantly surprised at the grandness of your building, and the wonderful high ceilings which made it airy and nice and the thoughtful and creative touches in the decor, which web photos can't properly describe. We can vouch, Internet connection was strong (we downloaded videos), and easy to connect to, if anyone asks. The neighborhood was surprisingly nicely laid back, but with shops, a good patisserie, and metro line "A", close by, your location is certainly a winner.
We stayed with Ms B. for 5 days and had a great time. The room was amazing, with so much natural light that even though the weather was cloudy it always seemed like a sunny day in the room. The bed was comfortable and each night my wife and I slept like babies. The bathroom was spacious and nice as well. I really loved the decor since both Ms B. and her partner are artists. There artwork was hung around the flat and made the place even that much more beautiful.

07-01-2009, Redmond - USA
I stayed in this B&B in late Sept. 2008/early Oct. 2008 for about 11 days. Vittoria B. was a WONDERFUL hostess!!!! She made every effort to make me feel at home and my room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and tidy. I can't say enough good things about Vittoria B. and her home. The location was fine, and I actually found that I preferred retreating out of the center of Rome at the end of a busy day. I had no problems negotiating the bus or subway, and the bar two blocks from the B&B ended up knowing my morning coffee order as I walked in the door by the time I left! Balduina is a quiet, lovely neighborhood, and the terrace at the B&B was PERFECT for enjoying a late afternoon snack and reading a book. I will recommend this B&B to all my friends!
Thank you for such a wonderful stay. You are a gracious host. We love the apt. and the city. All the best

Bernard, mille grazie per tutto. L'appartamento era ottimo, e la posizione era perfetta. The apartment was very well equipped (maybe an iron and ironing board would seal the perfection?) and that Bernard very thoughtfully came round on Sunday to turn on the heating as he was concerned we might be cold. We would happily recommend the apartment to any of our friends coming to Rome. The location is superb. We walked everywhere - Colosseum, St Peters, Museo Borghese, Piazza del Populo, Trevi Fountain etc and only took a taxi to the catacombs and Via Antica Appia. There are plenty of good restaurants and enotecas in the Campo dei Fiori area and we never ate more than 10 minutes from home. We'll be back!

Ideally situated, nicely + comfortably furnished and equipped and with good taste! We appreciated the hospitality (tea and coffee facilities).
Exceeded our expectations. Gene is a very welcoming host and provided excellent information and directions as well as suggested eating places so as to make our first visit to Rome a most enjoyable experience. The view from our private balcony was spectacular.

We stayed in this fab apartment very close to San Pietro, plenty of room for us and our two teenage children. Great building, very clean and secure, easy to get to all the sights. Lia made us very welcome and provided lots of info on the surrounding area. Definitely highly recommended, thanks for helping make our stay in Roma a wonderful one.
Thanks Gloria for all your hospitality. It's a great apartment, we love it to stay here. We are been here for the first time and it is an amazing city. You are a very nice a friendly person and we will recommend this place to our friends. Your cat Valentino is a great and nice cat, we like him. :-) We are see so many things at this five days and we will come back:-)

We loved our stay with Gene. The location was perfect. He made us feel so welcome and at home. He set a lovely table for us each morning, which was so nice. He helped us find the best places to eat at the most reasonable prices. He helped us plan our day trips. All in all, it was a lovely time for us. We will highly recommend him to our friends and relatives, and we will for sure stay with him again, if we ever come back to Rome. Thank you
We could not have stayed in a better B&B with a more kind host! Our stay with Gene R. made our introduction to Rome a very welcoming one. The apartment is located in a nice residential area very near St Peter's - it does not feel at all touristy. The view of St Peter's is stunning. Gene knows all the ins and outs of buses, local restaurants, when to see what museum and is generally a wonderful conversationalist - we enjoyed his company as much as we enjoyed exploring Rome. His breakfasts are of the highest quality we have had at any B&B and they are made with great care. We recommend his B&B very highly and would stay with him again in the future

My wife and I stayed for three nights with Anna Maria E. in a magical place. We had our own apartment in a backyard with a goldfish pond, a little breakfast area and an extremely comfortable bed. The ambiance was incredibly peaceful and restful, and our hostess was unfailingly polite and really took care to see that we had everything we needed. Her breakfasts were absolutely wonderful. We were only steps from a major train station from which you could get to anywhere in Rome, so it was also extremely convenient. I highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast!

We just returned home today from our wonderful Rome, Turkey and Greece trip! We are tired but, not so that we cannot take the time to let you know that we could not have wished for a nicer B&B for our first experience. The location (a pleasant 5 min walk to the Vatican and a 10 min walk to the train station) for our stay in beautiful Rome was perfect for us. Gene R. was such a generous and kind host to us. His breakfast meals including his special blends of morning coffee and teas were delightful! We are happy to recommend this very clean and spacious B&B to anyone seeking to enjoy Rome in a safe and clean environment. We would be pleased to have you add our comment to your site. Again, many thanks to the B&B Association of Rome for your assistance in finding this little gem called Gene's B&B for us!
If you would be so kind, I had to leave quite early on my last day in Rome, and was not able to thank my host for hospitality. Though we did not really have a common language to converse in, and I was out of the house most of the time, I did want you/her to know how much I appreciated such a nice accommodation at such a reasonable price. This was a tremendous value: The host was very kind and accommodating. The room was larger than I expected, with a courtyard view, and the modern, very clean, in-suite bathroom was much larger than I expected. This is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood for those wanting to live as the Italians do. There are several good restaurants within a block or two, a lovely park, a wide variety of local shops, and transportation is easy as the the metro and train stations are a

My sister and I spent one week in 060 Monteverde and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation was bright, clean and very nicely and thoughtfully decorated. The temperature was thankfully cool, as we were in Rome at the hottest time of the year. We got a lovely breeze as the apartment is below ground level. Every morning, Doral D. brought us breakfast: Croissants and brioche rolls which we had in a separate kitchenette where we could also make our own tea and coffee when we wanted. It was nice staying in Monteverde Vecchia as we got to see another side of Rome. It is a quiet and pretty residential area with Villa Pamphili very close by. This is a very huge park that is well worth visiting. We were also very close to Trastevere, which is an area by the river with many winding streets, great restaurants and shops. There's often live music in the main square in the evening when the whole area comes to life. From Piazza Fonteiana, you can get bus 44 both to Trastevere and to Piazza Venezia in the city centre. The bus stop is round the corner and down the road from the apartment which is very convenient. Doral, the Padrona di casa, was very friendly and professional. She also speaks Spanish as well as Italian, of course, and some English. She was very kind to us. We would both gladly return to this accomodation in the future and would recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in this part of Rome.

Now that I am back from my Italian trip, I'd like to express my high appreciation for the B&B 046 accomodation (Piazza Irnerio, Rome) which you helped us opt for while we were in Rome. It's been a nice and tidy apartment which met all our needs and expectations. Our host Marcello and his mate / partner Giuseppe are wonderful guys, who did everything possible to make our stay there most enjoyable. I guess that if I come to Rome again, this would almost certainly be my first priority option.

Gene has been a gracious and informative host. His knowledge of Rome and his willingness to share what knows has been very helpful. We appreciated his excellent breakfast, entertaining and friendly cats, and peaceful ambiance. We highly recommend Gene's Bed and Breakfast!
We returned from our holiday in Italy today, having left Apartment 067 in central Rome a week ago. I would just like to say that we enjoyed it so much. The apartment was just right for us and so central, that it was all that we needed to visit the typical sites of Rome. We were even able to pop back for our Siestas in the hot weather we enjoyed! Our host/owner of the apartment was very helpful to us on arrival too. I will recommend your company to anyone I know going to Rome, based on our very positive experiences. I would also like to thank you Marie for your help before we left, you provided an excellent service. Many thanks.
A few weeks ago we stayed at apartment Cod. 047 Colosseo- Labicana. Everything was fine from the very beginning, the landlord gave us all the information we needed, he is a really nice guy. Even when we asked for a last minute change in our reservation they were flexible and kind. The appartment is OK, comfortable, quiet and quite well located, we walked almost everywhere and public transport was also available just in front of the house. Nice place to stay in Rome. Thank you.

We recently stayed in the apartment and couldn't fault it - welcomed with a delicious pie on the table, and everything we could have needed was there. Air conditioning and double glazed windows made it a haven from Rome's summer heat and crowds, and it was so close to restaurants, shops, transport etc. Perfect

In September of 2007, my family (two grown sons, wife and I) had the privilege of renting an apartment in the heart of Rome from Marco U. I cannot express how happy we were with the apartment and the personal services provided by Marco. The apartment was clean and fresh with ample amenities. Marco went out of his way every time we needed assistance or simply had a question. Every possible service we could require was documented and posted in the apartment including restaurants (non-tourist), laundry, banking etc. It did not end there. The location was phenomenal. Take a right out the entrance and you were at the coliseum in 2 blocks. All of this at less then the cost of a hotel.

Simonetta's B&B has three major advantages: it is very near a metro station and the Vatican, it is in an Italian neighborhood with surprisingly few tourists, and finally the hostess, Simonetta, is vivacious, friendly and helpful. For example, one of her suggestions was a neighborhood restaurant, Falcone, one block away with a nice selection of Italian dishes and a staff that was patient and considerate in helping to describe the various options. It was wonderful to see friends greet each other as they walked by and through the outdoor dining area. A great experience!

My husband and I stayed at Cod. 092 for 3 nights in June. We had a wonderful time in Rome, can't say enough nice things about the hostess at the B & B. She was kind, helpful and informative. Her room is clean, bright and airy. Located in a nice part of Rome and not far from many attractions. We walked everywhere never felling the need to take public transport. Great place for a couple to have a vacation alone without kids or responsibilities. We would go back and recommend the B & B to others.

Hi! I just wanted to write to say how delighted we were with the apartment which we stayed in from 23 to 28 May 2008. Everything went perfectly from the moment of first contact with your organisation and booking, through to the wonderful host contacting us afterwards to say we had left a couple of items, which we arranged to collect. The apartment owners have thought of EVERYTHING you could possibly need. It is one of the best equipped apartments we've ever stayed in. We also loved the feeling of staying in an authentically residential area of "un-tourist" Rome, yet so close to the hubub of more crowded, touristy sites. The gelato shop 3 paces from the apartment is sublime! We would return to this apartment, and wholeheartedly recommend it to others. Thankyou for making our stay in Rome so wonderful.
This is Paul Larpenteur who stayed in Via F. and our hostess was I. Marisa. She was very nice and we were very happy to see here when we finally arrived at the apartment. We loved our time there in Rome and had such an amazing time there. We loved the apartment, it was very cute and nice. Thank you and please also send our thanks to Marisa.

I am writing to thank the B&B Assoc. of Rome and Livia, (our wonderful host), for a fantastic and memorable experience in Rome this Easter. We had never used B&B before but we are now firm converts. Livia made us feel instantly at home and we had our own cozy studio with garden. She provided us with orientation for everything from bus tickets to local shops and take away food. Our best dining experiences were a carefully prepared list by our gracious host with detailed price and setting guide. Monika and me say "grazie mille" with whole hearted recommendation for true Roman hospitality!

We loved staying at Gene's B&B. He was an excellent host - available, helpful suggestions (restaurants, bus routes etc), helpful with reservations (for limo to and from airport, same price as taxi, and for Borghese Galleria) The room with terrace, great view of St Peter's dome, was great (bed very comfortable) and bathroom was excellent (our best in Italy this trip. We loved Gene's two cats Wolfie and Tiger who were as warm and gracious as our host, Gene. This was also a great location for walking to the St Peter's, centro storico as well as close to bus routes and metro (about 15 min walk) We definitely would come back!! Extra bonus, the Goose ristorante right around the corner -- cheap, friendly, great food - we did take our last evening and ate on our terrace with our view of the dome. Perfecto! bella!!!!
Personally, I had one of the most fabulous times of my life in Rome, and a good part of that can be attributed to Gene. He is a delightful individual with a wide range of interests and a gifted conversationalist. I'm typically someone who dreads the typical "breakfast" part of the "B&B" dyad, but I was in awe of the lengths Gene went to in order to prepare a healthy and substantial morning meal for my wife and myself. Gene will always be indelibly etched in our memories of the Eternal City. If we ever return, he's the first one we plan to contact. My wife and I are both thankful that she came across your on-line listing. My next step will be to click on the links you provided and testify once again.

The May’s have arrived home safely after a wonderful visit to Roma and to the southern portion of Italy. Your country is beautiful and we find the people are as well. You must know that you helped make our trip most enjoyable. We wish you the best for the summer season. If you ever have an opportunity to visit Chicago, please let us know and we will do what we can to make your visit as enjoyable as ours. Ciao,

This B&B is a wonderful room, ideally located who wants to enjoy Rome. It is in a quiet quarter of the city with easy and quick access to all Rome attractions. The hostess was very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and gave us lots of useful advice. We will definitely stay in this B&B again if we come to Rome.

Appartment was located in the middle of the city but still very quietly. Very nice and with enough space. For 2 couples it is very nice. However there is space for another person. There are also 2 bathroom facilities , 2 toilets and a kitchen. It's quite O.K ! We enjoyed our staying.

The accommodation was perfectly located and Paola was so helpful. She even organised our taxi to return to the airport. The room was kept beautifully clean, the breakfasts were adequate and the location ideal. We also felt very secure and didn't worry about our possessions at all whilst we were there - 2 locked doors and 2 locked gates. The room is peaceful and quiet and so close to the Colesseum - we went there for morning coffee almost every day. There is also a lovely small fountain with a bar very close by and plenty of places to eat which are relatively inexpensive. Thank you

I just wanted to comment on my recent stay at Via Ostiense Roma. I had booked this some time ago, and the reasons for choosing this location were based mainly on the comments from people who had stayed there. All stated how helpful, concerned and friendly the hosts were. This certainly proved to be correct. Without being intrusive, they ensured that we were alright, didn't need anything, offered suggestions about areas to visit. Thumbs up to them, they are well suited to this part of their life! The apartment itself was wonderful, with room for 3 individuals to have private space when we wanted that. It is well equipped and comfortable, and absolutely spotless. We were given 2 sets of keys; again a benefit, as we could come and go alone, if we wished to, without worrying about the others. The location is convenient, very close to the Metro, train and buses. We did walk a lot, but it was nice to hop on the Metro to go to our furthest point, and walk from there. So, full marks for: value for money, cleanliness, location, equipment and mostly, for the personalities of the hosts. Would I recommend it to friends? Of course.
We were very pleased with the apartment. It was very clean and very quiet at night, which was important to us. The location was convenient, so close to the Vatican and a nice shopping area, and the pamphlets the hostess had in the hall were very helpful. And the hostess was so helpful to us. Thank her again for allowing the airline to deliver our luggage to her apartment. I can't think of any suggestions to make it better, and I will certainly (...) highly recommend the apartment. Cheers,

I have had an on going love affair with Italy for the past 40 years. I have also lived in Rome for five years; my knowledge of the city is quite extensive. Take my advice; choose this charming B&B; you will not be sorry. The hostess is a very charming person who speaks English and French quite well and knows a lot about the city. This is a very clean and beautiful B&B. You can not go wrong by choosing this HIGH CLASS B&B.

We stayed at this apartment from 20 March through 26 March 2008 during our recent trip to visit our daughter who is studying in Rome. What a wonderful time we had! The location of the apartment was great, very close to many of the magnificent sights of the city and many restaurants. Many were within walking distance and the others were easily accessed via bus from outside our front door. Our host, Mr. Marco U., was such a great help to our family, he speaks excellent English and made us feel very welcome from the first day of our arrival. There were six of us that stayed at the apartment and he arranged for our transportation to and from the airport. He pointed-out many of the sites on the map in our apartment the first day, as well as the location of the local grocery store and was always ready to help us with any questions we had. Mr. Marco even gave us his cell phone number if we needed anything from him during our stay. The apartment was so nicely furnished, neat, clean and very comfortable. Mr. Marco was especially helpful in his suggestions of places to dine in the city. He arranged for our celebration dinner on our last night at the fabulous La Carbonara restaurant where we celebrated birthdays for our daughter and son as well as the marriage proposal of our oldest daughter. Mr. Marco even helped us order the cake. Rome will always hold a special place in our heart. Thank you so much for making memories we will always cherish. We will recommend this apartment to our friends and will stay there again during our next trip to Rome.
My wife and I wish to say thanks to you and to our host for making our stay in Rome an unforgettable one. The apartment (code 046) in Piazza Irnerio was very comfortable clean and a good breakfast the place is accessible to banks, grocery, restaurants, metro etc. Thanks again to our host, Marcello who also speaks English he made us feel at home from day one by his friendliness and very helpful tips. We would recommend this accommodation without reservation and be happy to stay in this apartment again.

Last month, we (2) stayed in apartment 051 for the second time, and we were again very satisfied with it. It felt like our ‘home in Rome’. It is so quiet that you really get a good night's sleep. It is very spacious which is very pleasant too. When you stay in a hotel, you just have the one room and you have to do everything sitting on the edge of your bed. This is so much better. The kitchen and bathroom, although they are not recently fitted, are clean and functional. And of course we knew from the previous visit that the Esquiline is a very pleasant area to stay in. This time again, the owners were very hospitable and helpful. They treated us to a taxi from Fiumicino to the apartment upon our arrival, which was quite an experience! Our hosts were waiting for us in the street when we arrived and helped with our luggage, and when we came in the apartment, they had put a bowl of fresh oranges ready for us. On our last day we could leave our luggage in the apartment until we had to leave for Fiumicino, just as the last time. They really made us feel welcome again. If and when we are able to visit Rome again, we will certainly consider staying in Cod. 051 again.

What a complete pleasure! Ms. Simonetta could not have been more helpful or pleasant - from meeting us at the door upon our arrival and excellent tips throughout our stay, she is a one-of-a-kind PR agent for Roma. We felt like visiting family instead of paying guests, she is warm and friendly and more than accomodating. We can not imagine staying anywhere else! For anyone else who stays there - the little bakery around the corner is fabulous, we went there nearly everyday. And Falcone (Simonetta's suggestion) is a wonderful, low-cost, nearby restaurant, we went there 3 times! Bellisimo!

We had a very pleasant stay in the spacious Via Ostiense apartment and felt very welcomed. The hostess was very approachable, always available and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She even helped us with directions to Abruzzo (3hrs from Rome) before we were due to come to the apartment. The apartment is situated 5mins from the Piramide metro and train station and is also convenient for the 23 bus across the road (the #23 takes you to the Vatican along the River Tiber route). There is also a taxi rank opposite the station, which for us was very useful to get back to the airport. The fixed price for the trip to Ciampino airport is 30 Euros from inside the city walls, but as the apartment lies just outside, you pay the meter rate (we paid 25 Euros to Ciampino). It is close to a supermarket, bakery, good restaurants, a genuine gelateria, a grocery store, pharmacy and banks, so anything you could possibly need is close at hand. It is also very easy to get to all the tourist sites, but lies in an area which retains a local feel. We also felt quite safe walking around at night. Finally, we would like to say that we were very satisfied with the friendly and efficient service from the Bed & Breakfast Association of Rome. We shall be recommending this apartment to friends and family.

Dear B&B Rome
I would like to express my thanks for the marvellous apartment (Cod. 139) that you got for us. It was excellent and perfect for our needs. Could you pass on our thanks to Mrs M. and Mrs M. - we are already spreading the word here and will recommend your apartments to people here in Ireland. Thanks again and look forward to dealing with you again in the near future. Regards
My girl friend and I went to Rome in late October 2007. From the moment we arrived the chilly feeling you get when you arrive at a hotel room was not present. We felt like we were staying at a friends place right off the bat. E. just has a way of doing that. Conversation was always flowing so when we were there we didn't feel to be in a rush to get anywhere. The appartment is clean and very nicely decorated. Our favorite part each day was breakfast. We woke up each morning to freshly brewed coffee, pineapple and wonderful breads. From there it is only 10 minutes walk to St. Peter's Cathedral and with E.'s help each day we didn't feel any stress understanding how to get around, he took the time to ensure we knew where and when to go, what to look for, recommendations for restaurants, you name it, E.'s help was better than any hotel concierge we have ever met! :)... we loved every detail and when we go back to Rome we will go to E.'s and if anyone I know is going, I will recommend them to go there as well. We loved our trip to the big city of Rome, it is a cherished memory forever because Rome didn't feel foreign, we felt at home the entire time. Thanks Eugene, we will see you again.
We spend a week in Rome and decided to try B&B for our accommodation instead of the usual hotel room, and we are glad to have done so. The information of the accommodations at the web pages of B&B association is reliable and booking is quite easy. We enjoyed the combination of homely atmosphere and the sense of privacy in our lodging. The apartment was very well tended, the surroundings were pleasant and the city centre was easily reached by frequently running buses. We also found a lively neighbourhood restaurant nearby. Our days started off on the right foot with a hearty breakfast served by our hostess, a well-humoured lady who gave us all the information we imagined to ask her. She provided us with maps of Rome and made some bookings for us before our arrival. Overall, Mrs. B. took very good care of her guests and her dear Sofia.
Great hosts! They are so kind and A. cooks a great marmelades and cakes. They have been so kind in every moment we need them. If we come back to Rome we will try to book again this hosts, thank you!
Very nice and helpful lady and a neat and confortable room; We would defenitly come again!
Dear B&B Association of Rome:

Sehr empfehlenswert!
We too, look forward to visiting your beautiful country, and looking for lodging through your organisation again soon! Do help us pass the message that his B&B more than met our expectations with the clean rooms and sumptious breakfast, and that we'll definitely stay there again when we do return to Roma. Also, thank you for your coordination in making it possible to stayin his B&B!
18-10-2007, Aarhus, Danimarca
Thank you very much for an excellent stay! And thank you for your kindness and services! We have enjoyed it very much! Good luck with your B&B in the future! Good bye!
My husband and I spent a wonderful four nights in this lovely B&B in Sept. 2007. V. is a gracious hostess who provides lots of information and advice regarding sightseeing in Rome. I was concerned that we would be distant from the center of Rome, but transportation connections are very easy. For first time visitors to Italy this was a wonderfully relaxing introduction to the country. I highly recommend this location for a stay in Rome. Thank you to B&B in Rome for booking us here.
16-10-2007, Nottingham UK
We spent a superb 7 nights at this B&B. The room was large and very comfortable and most of all a very quiet haven to relax after the hustle and bustle of a day in the city. A short bus ride took into town and our host V. recommended the best places to visit for food and the finest gelato. In fact nothing was too much trouble for V. She gave us a very hearty breakfast in the mornings and on the last day gave us breakfast earlier so that we could have breakfast before we caught our plane. Always cheerful and lively she made us feel extremely welcome in her beautiful home which was nice and cool and airy with a lovely terrace at the front where you could sit and admire the lovely gardens. It was much more personal than staying in a hotel and she made us feel like we were almost living like true Romans for the week we were there. It was our first visit to Rome but I am sure it will not be the last…. after all we did throw a coin in the Trevi fountain which means we should return.
10-10-2007, Epping, UK
What treasures. B&B and our host, Eugene. Location was great, room really comfortable, bathroom immaculate, modern and efficient. Sofa bed extremely comfortable - much more so than conventional beds with sagging mattresses! Breakfast plentiful and healthy and we really appreciated the different surprise treats Eugene provided each day. (Europeans who like meat and cheeses for breakfast may find the breakfasts less satisfying). But the real joy was Eugene, a really wonderful host. He was incredibly helpful and all his recommendations were spot on (best places to eat, best ice creams, best times to avoid queues, best transport tips etc etc) We loved his company and he had the magical ability to be there when we needed him then to disappear quietly when we needed time alone. He was also remarkably charming when we disappeared for a whole day taking his door keys as well as our own, trapping him in his own apartment. Sorry again, Eugene. We will recommend Cod. 080 to all our friends and will certainly return ourselves. (P.S. The cats, Wolfy and Tiger, are gorgeous too!)

We are back in the US. Antonio was a fabulous host. We loved the apartment and the location. Thanks so much for your help.
09-10-2007, Cumbria, England
This is a very conveniently-situated apartment, within easy walking distance of Termini (even with your luggage) and with restaurants, a supermarket, cash machines, tabbachi (for bus tickets, stamps), etc in the immediate vicinity. It is within walking distance of the main ancient remains and the centro storico, with easy access to the metro and bus routes for sites further afield. Despite the bustle of Via Cavour the apartment is very quiet as it is at the back of the building, though that also means it has no outlook at all. It is simply but comfortably furnished and has all you need to prepare a simple dinner; breakfast supplies were provided. We found it very comfortable for two. It might seem a bit more cramped with three adults; also, if you are either very tall (more than 6’0”) or very large, the beautiful bijou shower room might present a bit of a challenge! La Signora P. and her daughter (who has the apartment opposite) were both charming and extremely helpful, and both speak English. We would certainly book this apartment again and/or recommend it (and the services of the excellent Bed and Breakfast Association of Rome) to friends.
03-10-2007, United Kingdom
This is a lovely place to stay. The owner keeps very clean and tidy accommodation, which is close to both bus and train routes into the centre of Rome. V. is a perfect host, giving us space when we wanted it, and help with directions and other useful information when asked. We really enjoyed breakfast on the verranda, and meeting the other guests and comparing stories of each others sightseeing. I would recommend this accommodation to all travellers in Rome.
10-08-2007, Washington DC, USA
This B&B was an incredible space. Mrs. F. was extremely kind and generous. The bathroom and bedroom were very spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again for another trip to Rome. The building is not very pretty, as it is in an office building but once you step inside the B&B, you are surrounded by the beautiful artwork and calm decor. Our host was very helpful in providing maps and guides for all parts of Rome.
We enjoyed our 7/24-28/07 stay at Marco U.'s Colosseo apartment. M. speaks excellent English and was very helpful in arranging transportation back to the airport at the end of our stay. His list of neighborhood restaurants and shops was very useful (We highly recommend a visit to San Clemente church and its excavations and the food at Clementina which is a 5 min walk away). The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy road. It is a 5- 10 min walk to the Coloseum/Forum or Metro. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning work well. The beds were very comfortable after a day of hiking around Rome.
My family and I stayed in the Apartment in Rome, cod. 047 Colosseo-Labicana from July 27 for three nights. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and neat the apartment was. The location was wonderful. The Colosseum was only five minutes walking distance from the apartment, which was great, since my father and 6 year old are not able to walk for long distances. My parents had their own double bedroom with a bathroom. My husband and I had our own double bedroom, and my son and daughter shared a bedroom with two twin beds. There was another bathroom and my children and I shared. All the rooms were roomy and the best part of all, they were air conditioned! It was very hot in July! The kitchen was stocked with crackers, jams, sugar, coffee, oil for cooking, etc. Amazing!!!!!! Marco was very pleasant, and extremely helpful, even getting up early in the morning to help us with our suitcases.I highly recommend this apartment and will not hesitate in staying there on our next trip to Italy. The apartment is in a nice area and you can not hear a sound outside your windows when they are closed. We felt very safe in this apartment. The bus station is close by that you can take to the train. We did not use bus or train, since we had our own rented vehicle. I recommend you take local transportation because even though we did not have any problems finding parking in front of the apartment, it was difficult to find parking around the tourists sites, especially around the Spanish Steps and Fountain of Trevi. We had to park about 10 min. walking distance which was not bad, but my father was too tired to walk back to the car, so we had to pay 10 euros to take a cab to the car. Thank you Marco and b-b.rm.it. for a wonderful experience.

Buon giorno e saluti dal Canada. I stayed at Simonetta's Bed and Breakfast and it was a wonderful experience. It is a quiet place in a quiet neighbourhood. It's about a twenty minute walk to St. Peter's and it is only steps away from the Metro which puts all of Rome at complete access. I loved the salumeria at the corner (best sandwiches imaginable) and although there is no phone at the B&B, there are two internet sites very close by. The breakfast which the proprietor, Simonetta, prepared and which consisted of fresh fruit, pastries and coffee, was perfect. If you have any questions, S. is very helpful and has great tips about Rome. Highly recommended. Best wishes

Hi... We just got home from a terrific trip to crazy lovely Roma, and wanted to share some comments on our (too short) visit. The B&B association was very helpful. The web site is well designed and informative, and the service worked very smoothly. We spent four nights at Cipro-Musei Vaticani, and couldn't be more pleased. Even before we arrived our hostess, Simonetta, made sure that we had everything we needed: information, transportation, good breakfasts, a tidy room and big fluffy white towels. She was full of great tips, accomodating and flexible, and just plain good company. The apartment was clean and comfortable (the air conditioning was a LIFESAVER for our visit in July!), and the location couldn't be better. A major metro stop is a two-minute walk from the B&B, as are several good, reasonable restaurants and a small modern supermarket. A fascinating street market with everything from antiques to fresh swordfish is just a few minutes further away, and a 10-minute stroll takes you to the Vatican walls. Thanks to the B&B association and our hostess for making our brief visit to Roma smooth and memorable! Peace...

I want to let you know what a delightful stay we had with V. B. at the end of June, 2007. Her house was delightful, clean and homey, with very attractive furnishings. V. serves breakfast out on her deck overlooking green gardens, and surrounded by her beautiful geraniums. I don't know if I have ever seen such flourishing geraniums! It was delightful. V. spoke fine English, and was a very gracious hostess. She went out of her way to help us with directions and provided maps with very clear instructions. She even drove us to the Vatican when it looked like it would be too late for us to take the bus! And she made a reservation for us to see an exhibit at the Villa Borghese. Thank you for connecting us to her for our stay in Rome.

Our host was very nice and with perfect English we had no problems to understand each other. We got many helpful hints & instructions with public transport.

My wife and I stayed at Cod.022 Colosseo for one week during May 2007. The accommodation is pleasant, clean, quiet and comfortable. Ideally situated for the serious Rome explorer - will not easily find anything more central than this. Hostess extremely helpfull and friendly.

Two thumbs up! Outstanding is what you get from Bed & Breakfast Association of Rome. The website moves from link-to-link very well. Your online agent is helpful, responsive and cooperative all the way through to billing. It was a breeze. This is the only place one needs to find a great place to stay in Rome, Italy.

Just finished my stay at Cavour and wanted to thank you again for all your efforts with the reservation, especially the changes of days and such. It was a wonderful suggestion and a great apartment; just as promised it was quiet and cool and was set up with everything a person could need. I liked the neighborhood for all the conveniences and its general character and location in the city. Thank you and hope to use your services again sometime.

Your website is very informative and you have been very helpful (and prompt) in relation to advise on directions to the host family's apartment and recommendation for alternative accommodation. The bedroom was very lovely, clean, well aired (the weather was very hot when we arrived, so the cool room was very welcoming) and very sufficient for two people. The bathroom was probably better than what you would get in a 4 / 5 star hotel! Ms F. B. was very accommodating. Our flight was delayed and I called her to advise that we would be one hour later than previously advised, but it turned out that it was closer to 2 hours delay. She was very friendly and welcoming, despite the late hour. She also provided us with lots of information for things to do and see around Rome - including local events not listed in guide books (flea market on Porta Portese). The B&B was centrally located to almost all the tourist attractions and they were all within walking distance, which was an added bonus as it allowed us to stroll through the various areas and maybe see more of the City, than if we had to use the Metro to get around. Rome is a very beautiful city with a lot of historical monuments. The attractions which we visited were very impressive (but expect to stand in a very long queue for St Peter's Church and the Vatican Museum), especially the Roman Forum. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Rome and we can highly recommend both your services and Ms B.'s B & B.

We stayed at the Piramide Ostiense Apartment from 9-13 June 2007 (1 adult, 2 children). We found the apartment exceeded the description on the web site and can fully recommend this accommodation. The location - 150m from a subway station that is only 4 stops from the central Termini station - was excellent allowing us to pop back to escape the mid-day heat. The level of comfort was superb - although we were only 3 in number, the apartment could sleep 6 quite comfortably. It was very clean and comfortable throughout. Although we were late arriving, the hostess L. was courteous and showed us around and let us know that she was available by phone to answer any questions we might have (on anything in Rome). The apartment was stocked with a good range of tourist literature and L. even put some fruit out for us. The area is acceptable - at least 2 pizzerias, a gelateria and a very popular trattoria virtually on the doorstep! Quite safe to walk around outside late at night (always a worry when travelling with children).

Dear V., Melissa and I enjoyed our stay at your home immensely. And your helpfulness and assistance while we were there was invaluable. Once we figured out how the public transportation system worked in Rome with your help it was easy to get around. I am grateful to you for the help you provided in getting some of my clothes washed. I didn't realize how dirty one can get when walking around Rome 10 hours a day every day! Next time I will bring the proper clothes with me. We have shown our friends the many pictures we took of Rome and of your bed and breakfast home. And we suggested to our friends who plan to travel to Rome that they should consider staying at your place while they are there. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed Rome. We didn't get to see everything but we will save that for our next trip. If you have a chance to come to Washington please give us a ring. Perhaps we can assist you as you have assisted us. Would it be possible for you to forward my comments directly to the Bed and Breakfast Association?

My husband and I and our teenage granddaughter just returned from a very enjoyable trip to Rome. We were so pleased with our B&B. Miss V. was a wonderful and gracious host. We could not have seen all the sights we enjoyed had it not been for her. She made reservations for museums, arranged taxi service to and from airport, and gave us much needed info on buses, subways, and other interesting sights. Her home is lovely and located in a quiet gated secure complex. Our rooms were large and each had a private bath. It was less than five minutes to a bus stop. There was a secluded patio outside our room were we enjoyed breakfast and relaxed after a busy sightseeing day. I would recommend this B&B to everyone. We certainly will stay there if in Rome again. Thanks again Miss

I found the flat to be all that I needed -- comfortable, stylish, immaculate, conveniently located, fairly priced and quiet. Mr. Antonio L. was a helpful and professional host at my arrival. He had even stocked the fridge and cabinets with some food and drink to help get me started. In short, his flat is the best one I have rented in Rome. The sound system in his living room was impressive! The flat is not in a typical tourist area but I was visiting family and preferred to be near them and not close to the city center. However, the area - Prati, just north of the Vatican -- is appealing and reachable to the center by tram or bus (or long walk). I also found the service of B & B Association of Rome to be efficient, responsive and courteous.

Just wanted to say thank you for arranging the flat on Cavour. P. M. was very friendly and the flat was lovely - small but very cute, or "molto carino" as they say in Italian. We'll certainly contact you in the future when we return to Rome.

I want to thank you for your help and to F. for making our stay so wonderful. Everything went great. The breakfast was amazing, and the place was wonderful. I have recommended this site, and specially this B&B to some friends who are travelling to Italy in a few months, so that says a lot. Thanks again!

I stayed in this B&B for three nights in May, 2007. Everything could not have been more perfect. The location was extremely well situated in an attractive residential neighborhood with "real" stores and restaurants, transportation, shopping, internet, ATM and services not more than a block away. The apartment was lovely, recently updated in very good taste, and extremely comfortable. The hostess was friendly, speaks excellent French and English, and went way above and beyond to make sure my stay in Rome was as pleasant as could be. I truly believe that my first visit to Rome would not have been so positive had it not been for this great situation. Brava! I would love to return to this B&B, someday.
On behalf of my family I thank you very much for all the arrangements. It was really wonderful holiday we had at Rome and it was even wonderful that we got to stay in the apartment recommended by you. We thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. I was a little hesitant when I was booking with you, in the sense that I was not able to speak to anyone who had used your service. I can vouch now for your excellent service for all your future clientele.

This was an excellent place to stay during my three weeks in Rome. The apartment itself is extremely comfortable and inviting, the location could not be better, and above all the hostess, Signora M., and her daughter, V. M., showed themselves to be very kind, helpful and always willing to chat. During my next stay in the splendid city of Rome I hope to be able to stay here again. Some basic makings of breakfast including butter, several cartons of milk and jam were provided on my arrival. I really appreciated this extra kindness. I will recommend this listing to any of my family or friends who wish to spend time in Rome.

This was the perfect apartment for 6 people during our stay in Rome in May 2007. It was very clean, modern, and spacious. If we ever return, we would certainly look to have this apartment again. The host spoke good English and gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful with orienting us with the city. There was a bus map on the wall as well as a list of nearby points of interests (restaurants, market, etc). The apartment is very near a bus stop that concerns several bus lines that take you to the Vatican, Campo dei Fiori, Trastevere, and many other stops. A 10 minute walk from the Colosseum/Ancient Rome sites as well as the subway stop there. I do not believe you could find any better of an apartment in Rome when considering cost and quality. Highly, highly recommend!
A wonderful base to explore Rome. The apartment had all we needed and fantastic to awake to the street below transformed into a market on sunday morning. We will reccommending this to our friends.
The quality of our accommodation and hospitality of our hostess did much to make our visit so very enjoyable.
03-05-2007, Caracas, Venezuela
My wife and I had a great time at this bed and breakfast and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome. The hostess was very warm and hospitable and speaks excellent English. We stayed here for five nights and the B&B is ideally located, just steps away from the Cipro-Musei Vaticani metro stop off the "A" line. It is also a very easy walk to the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Square. In addition to the delicious breakfasts, heed the hostess' advice regarding the restaurants she recommends! She directed us to superb restaurants that we in turn, suggested to friends who were on their way to Rome the week after we were here. The room is perfect for two people and we can't think of a more enjoyable, welcoming place to stay! Thanks,
Last week we stayed at Cod.014 Cavour and we just loved it. We loved the Artdeco-style very much. The room was just as described. There are some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. We especially liked Naboo in the same street and also had a great kebab at the corner! The hostess also showed us the way to the best icecream of Rome. Everything is within walking distance. We really recommend this place! I also want to mention that the way you organise everything is very much OK.

Please forward our kind regards to the hosts of this apartment which we visited during the weekend of 9th/12 March. This apartment was perfect for us and for the metro and train station to be so close was fantastic.
Greetings: We just returned back to Germany, where we are living temporarily, from a wonderful five day and night trip to Rome. We were fortunate to find the Heart of Rome apartment at Via Labicana. I heartily recommend this apartment, because it is very close to the Colosseum and the heart of old Rome, but mostly because of the host, Mr. Marco U., who went the second and third mile to make sure our stay in Rome as perfect. He helped us in every way he knew how and offered to do anything he could to help. The apartment is clean and very accommodating. I am sure six adults could spend time there very comfortably and enjoyably. If we are ever privileged to return to Rome I will email Marco first to seek accommodations and then plan the trip when this apartment is available. It is a great place for cost, convenience and comfort. Thanks Marco, you were great.
Having stayed at no.22 (Cavour; Paola M.) the other week, I wanted to write to thank you and point out how pleasantly surprised I was both by the organisation and, above all the accommodation itself. Everything went like clockwork and the accommodation is both tasteful and cosy: in spite of the very central location, the room is an unexpected haven of calm and it is a distinct advantage being able to prepare breakfast/eat in the room when one wishes. I also appreciated the freedom of a separate entrance, while Ms M. could not have been more helpful when I did ask for advice. To be recommended!!

Our staying in The Heart of Rome was very pleasant. The apartment is very spacious and especially the 2 bathrooms were very convenient for the 5 of us. (no fighting over who's turn it is to take a shower!) Mr. Marco U. was very kind and helpful during our stay. He made it very clear that we could reach him at any time, day or night, if anything was wrong or if we had questions. The bakery several houses further was also very good, every morning fresh bread! Our staying in the apartment certainly contributed to a very memorable weekend in Rome and I can recommend it to anyone! Greetings from The Netherlands
We spent 1 week in December (1-8) at the B&B in Trastevere , Code 004 place and it was a great vacation.

Hi, We had a great time in Rome and the apartment was very satisfactory - just as it was described on the website. Thank you for your help in booking it for us. We hope to return!

Mrs. Sinìmonetta S. was wonderful and informative. She helped me with everything. It was great that she could speak english well to help me with directions and advise me places to eat, see, etc... The accommodation were clean and very comfortable. I had my own large bathroom with everything I needed. Provided including large white towels. Breakfast was great. I really enjoyed this B & B and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a great time in Rome, our apartment was excellent. Plenty of space and everything we needed. I would recomend this apartment to other tourists.
21-11-2006, Zwolle, the Netherlands
We enjoyed our stay in Rome very much, not in the least because of the welcoming reception by our hosts, the wonderful apartment and the fact that it was really quiet. We thought the Esquilino an enjoyable quarter to stay, and the Via Merulana itself a lively street with surprisingly varied shops. If apt. Code 051 is available when we visit Rome again, we certainly consider staying there again.
08-11-2006, Auckland - New Zealand
This apartment is well located about 5 minutes walk from Termini, close to bus routes and a grocery store. The apartment is very tidy, spacious and well appointed. The kitchen is small with just a couple of hotplates (so you probably wouldn't use it for cooking a dinner), but is fine for making coffee and has a good sized fridge. A street market is located just across the road which is convenient for buying fruit and vegetables and other produce, although it is a little noisy early in the morning - not really an issue though as we were generally up early to see the sites anyway. The owner P. is very friendly and helpful and provided good tips on local eateries and a map showing the location of local sights and amenities such as internet cafes, pharmacies etc. Kind regards,

We recently returned from our trip to Rome, and I felt it necessary to write about our experience with the apartment we rented for 9 nights. The location was ideal, close to Maria Maggiore, the metro, great bakeries and restaurants. The accommodations themselves were very comfortable and suited our needs. Most importantly, the landlady and her daughter were most helpful when our luggage did not arrive with our plane. They went above and beyond in assisting us in locating the lost bags, in having them delivered to the apartment, and in staying around to receive them. We never lost any time waiting around for the delivery as these two ladies took care of it all. Should we have the opportunity to return to Rome, I would certainly return to this lovely apartment.
It is hard for us to believe that it has been one week since we were in Rome staying at your apartment. We had a wonderful time discovering some of the wonders of the City (it was our first trip) and we certainly look forward to returning. It was everything we had hoped. You have a lovely apartment, nicely maintained and decorated, a great location, and a very nice, helpful hostess in S. I hope that in the not too distant future we will have the opportunity to return to Rome, and if we do, I know that we will be contacting you to make arrangements to stay again in this apartment.

We have just returned home, after spending 13 nights in the apartment listed as 057 Trastevere/Porta Portese. Our stay at this apartment was delightful! The apartment is spacious, light-filled, and beautifully renovated. We felt like we were staying in our very own home, in the interesting, and trendy Trastevere neighbourhood. The number 8 tram is a short 2 blocks away, and we took it every day to Largo Argentina, in the centre of historical Rome and then walked everywhere. The neighbourhood is safe and we felt right at home, walking the streets at night for the "passeggiata". There were so many interesting, wonderful, and moderately-priced restaurants where we nightly joined the locals to feast on typical Roman dishes. A supermarket, food shops, bars, gelateria, and an interesting open-air market, where we bought many fresh, local ingredients and fruits for our breakfast or lunches, were just a few short steps away. A short bus ride away took us to Viale Marconi, a shopper's paradise where all the leading designer shops could be found. The owner of the apartment was charming and very welcoming. We found many essential staples such as coffee, sugar, salt, good olive oil, vinegar, honey, paper towels and serviettes, for our use, in the kitchen cupboards, so we could make a cup of coffee, without having to go shopping, as soon as we arrived. We returned the favour by leaving a few things too.
Hello, I was in the apartment cod. 047 from 16 September to 19 September. Our opinion about this apartament is very good. We liked very much, it is very comfortable, clean, near the center of Rome and Termini and very elegant. If we come back to Rome, we will go to this apartment, if it is possible.

I have been in Roma between the 20 and 27 September of 2006. I stayed at the appartment of Marco U. at the Via Labicana.....it is a wanderful place, clean and very good arranged for turist. Marco self is very helpful and polite. I was amazed.....a very good experiance to be repeated. I gladly reccomend his place to stay in this wonderful and eternal city. greetings

Your appartment was great! It was spotless, clean and comfortable. The situating in Rome was very good. We like the surrounding, especialy the terras on de piazza Esquillino (before the Maria Maggiore at the right).

We stayed at "Aurelia Cod. 40, for 10 days in September '06 and couldn't be more pleased. Everything was exactly as represented on the web-site - the apartment is very close to the Metro A line and many buses also, there are at least 3 fabulous neighborhood reastaurants with luscious food at great low costs, and our hostess Signora A. and all her helpers were all so kind and gracious to us. The casa is very clean and M. put out a great breakfast early every morning, the apartment was very quiet and safe-feeling for us 3 ladies, and all the other guests were also very nice. Recommending Roma B & B and Casa felice to all - the B & B Ass'n made everything so easy, and everything from our arrival to departure went perfectly smoothly!
We enjoyed an excellent stay in the apartment 047 colosseo-labicana. It was spacius, well furnished, very clean and everything was in a perfect condition, including both bathrooms. The manager was really kind to us and gave us a lot of useful information about the city of rome. We woud like to recomend the apartment as an excellent choise at a reasonable price.

We really appreciated the B&B. Gene was very nice, very helpful really attentive to our comfort. The only little downside is that the bed is actually a sofa bed so not as comfortable as a real bed but G.'s kindness just makes you forget about it. The breakfast was very nice too, we had different types of bread, marmalade, fruit, fresh orange juice tea and coffee... And Gene was very helpful in telling us about nice restaurants, nice places to see and how to go to different areas of Rome, he even prepared a lot of docs about Rome and a little card with the different buses to take... His place is about 5 min walk to San Pietro and has a nice balcony with a view on the Coupola. He also did send me an email a week before my arrival to explain me how to get to his place by bus/taxi and all little tips to avoid being driven by an unofficial taxi that makes you pay a fortune... Our stay was really nice and you're very lucky to be living in such a beautiful city!

Dear host and the hosting agency! We wanted to thank you for the "Roma Experience" for our family. The appartment has been so spoiling and endulging that it played a key role in our experience of the trip. It was even too tempting sometimes to stay in the appartment and just relax without going to the city. The appartment was very comfortable in a central place, near public transportation, and near to some major tourist attraction. Besides the appartment there is no doubt that you, Marco, were so helping and hospitable that it made us worry about nothing except of having fun. We, the Zilberman family, would like to thank you from the bottom of our heart for the visit. we already told our friends about the appartment so we are hoping that sometime in the near future people will come to you and send our regards personally. We wish you good luck and farewell, and we know that we have one more friend in Rome.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at V.’s Bed & Breakfast. She made us feel right at home. The location was close to a bus stop & with one bus ride we were in central Rome so that walking to many of the famous attractions was possible. It rained on 2 of the 3 days we were in Rome & on both of these days V. drove us to a bank so that we could withdraw money & then took us into the centre of Rome where we could walk or take public transportation to the sites we wanted to visit; it was as if she felt personally resonsible for the rainy weather. The accomodation was very clean & was actually better than we had expected. I must admit that I was a little apprehensive in booking accommadation over the internet –not knowing what to expect, but the Bed & Breakfast Association of Rome were both efficient & courteous as well as very professional & we were pleasantly surprised. We will deal with the association & V. on our next trip to Rome.

We were impressed with the service of the Bed & Breakfast Association of Rome & our contact Marcello at the accommodation . Everything worked out just as we expected---there were no surprises. The rooms were very clean & comfortable. The location as we were told , was in a very busy area but very close to reasonably priced restaurants serving excellent food. as well as close sevice to the Metro & bus system.
Dear Sirs, please accept this testimonial for inclusion on your list for B&B Code 008 in Rome: Signora V. B. made our stay in Rome incredibly enjoyable and very interesting. She is both helpful and extremely welcoming; so much so that we considered the apartment our home-from-home! The location is ideal for those seeking easy access into the centre of Rome (bus stops at the end of the street, metro and local railway stations only 10min down hill walk). There are also many local shops within easy walking distance from the apartment. Signora B. is an invaluable information resource for visitors to Rome with a wealth of local knowledge which she is always happy to share. The accommodation is extremely comfortable with great facilities which enabled us to relax from day one. We will DEFINITELY be revisiting this apartment when we return to Rome.
This is a lovely apartment and our hostess (D.V.) was very accommodating. She speaks little English (and we speak little Italian), but we managed to communicate with lots of hand gestures and not much difficulty. The apartment is located on the tram and bus lines, which makes it very convenient. The neighborhood is enjoyable and not full of tourists (a plus from our perspective.) We found a delightful restaurant in the next block. This was a good place to stay and we’d certainly recommend it to friends.
Potrei raccomandare ai miei amici nella Finlandia di usare il vostro servizio ed anche B&B Luca della Robbia!Ci sono trovata bene!

This apartment was perfect for us. It was close to the tram, close to wonderful shops. It was clean and spacious. If we travel to Rome again, we will certainly look to you again. We have recommended your service to our friends.

We would like to inform you that we were very happy with the 4 nights accomodation at S. S. The apartment was extremely well positioned re the Metro and Vatican City and was very comfortable. Simonetta provided us with excellent breakfasts and also tea and coffee making facilities which was wonderful after spending all the day walking around Rome sightseeing. Simonetta was so very friendly and warm - she provided us with much infomation through booklets maps transport etc. and just talking to us. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with the service during the reservation period all my questions where answered by Marie, who was very helpfull!! The accomodation was all we expected, great location, small but comfortable apartment (the bed is a bit hard, but ok), and a friendly and very kind hostes, who helped us locate a nice and authentic italian restaurant for our first meal. Bonus: the hostes had left ingredients for breakfast for us in the refrigirator, superb. Thank you and our hostes for a great stay!

My daughter and I had a fantastic time in Rome mostly thanks to the lovely landlady V.; it was like arriving at a relative's home the welcome was so warm and she is absolutely fluent in English and French which was fantastic. As soon as we arrived she gave us various maps and all the various possibilities to get to central Rome, which are numerous. The location is actually very convenient, only 20 minutes by bus and you are near the Vatican and only a short walk across the Tiber to Piazza Navona and a nice longer walk to Trastavere where we find lovely restaurants. V. was always very attentive to our wellbeing, was a treasure of informations about Rome and offered help to book tickets for The Gallery Borghese and cheap taxis to the airport. It was always lovely in the evening, after a hot day walking in Rome to arrive in this very leafy and luxuriant residence, with only the birds to wake you. We would highly recommend this B&B and will go back ourselves.
Thank you for opening your home to us. We were very pleased with our stay. Since your neibourhood is so peaceful and quiet, we had the possibility to really sleep out. The possibility to take public transportation just behind the corner makes it easy to go Down Town and back any time. You take the bus, you see something interesting, just jump off the bus, take the bus again as many times as you want during the day -just for EUR 4, - Thank you once again and best regards

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the B&B at Ref. 8. Signora V. B. was thoughtful enough to give us a map of downtown Rome, and maps for the bus and metro system. Her B&B is in a suburb of Rome, so after rushing around all over the downtown sights of Rome, it was wonderful to take a short metro or bus ride to a quiet neighborhood to stay where "real" Romans live, away from the tourist sights and hotels. Her home is beautiful, with a wonderful view, and she provided a delicious breakfast. It is also within walking distance of a fabulous restaurant and a gelati shop. That is where we will stay when we return to Rome.

We have very much enjoyed our stay in Rome especially our comfortable accommodation at "Casa Felice". Signora M. made us feel at home and it was a joy to return each evening to the peace and quiet of the apartment. A delicious breakfast was served each morning. we would be pleased to recommend this accommodation and certainly hope to return ourselves one day.

In March 2006 we stayed 4 nights at this very nice bed and breakfast. The apartment with annexed bathroom was very spacious and clean. We have enjoyed our stay very much, due to the hospitality of the host, the quiet residencial neighbourhood, and the nice apartment, close to the Vatican and the metro. If you are staying here, please visit the bar Andivivieni (around the corner), which is a great place to have drinks and antipasti. Two remarks: the bed is a little hard, which for us was not a problem at all, but if you like soft beds... The room doesn't have airco; again no problem for us in March, but in June, July??
30-03-2006, Evergreen, Colorado - USA
We enjoyed our stay in Rome very much. The appartment was beautiful and met all our needs.
A very good experience regarding the Reservation Service, the Apartment, and the host who was superb. I was the only one in the apartment so obviously this made the stay more convenient in terms of bathroom and kitchen use, but the apartment was good and spotlessly clean. Location perfect (very near the vatican and the metro station). Considering we are talking about Rome, and having seen other B&B prices, I think that €46 (about £31) is good value for money.
06-03-2006, Cologne, Germany
Many thanks for your excellent organisation of our B&B in Rome. We enjoyed our stay in M. T.N.´s apartment very much, felt comfortable and at home, and were extremely pleased with the location, an easy walk away from both the Vatican and the areas on the other side of the river around the Piazza Navona. We can wholeheartedly recommend this B&B as a place to stay. Best regards

The B and B was just lovely! Clean and comfortable, and Marcello was delightful. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for making the whole experience so very agreeable. I shall recommend you, and use you again. In fact, I shall go back to Marcello L. Thanks again for your considerable contribution to making our stay so very agreable. (We didn't need the second bed after all........). Best wishes

We have returned from our holiday in Europe and I want to pass on my thanks for Signora V.'s very warm welcome and attention during our stay in her B&B in Rome. The rooms were very comfortable and secure and we enjoyed our stay with her very much.

We recently stayed for 4 nights at Trastavere-Nievo and had a very enjoyable stay. The bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean , the bed comfortable and the breakfast wonderful - very good coffee! The location is excellent, there being lots of good places to eat close by, and trams and buses running right past the door for easy access to the city centre. Many thanks to our pleasant hostess and to you for the efficient booking service.
13-07-2005, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Our 5 nights in Rome were enriched by our stay at the Balduina Apts. Do not be concerned with its location as it is only a 2 minute walk to the bus and a 20 minute ride to the city centre. After a day of scooters, etc. it is a nice respite from the 'Roman traffic'. It is spotlessly clean in a gated well treed complex. Breakfast was served on the terrace each morning, at our convenience, by the hostess Mrs. V. B. She is a charming lady whose help was invaluable to us when the airline lost our luggage. We would highly recommend this B&B.
05-04-2005, Bay City - MI - USA
Just wanted you to know that we really enjoyed our stay at Segnora D.V. She's a good hostess. Even provided extra tea when one of us got ill. The location is outstanding. It's away from the hustle but an easy walk into Trastevere for good eating and a short ride to the center of Rome. Can't recommend the place enough especially for a family with one teenage child.
30-03-2005, Edmond- OK- USA
My husband and I enjoyed our trip to Rome in March 2005. The accomodations were just what we expected and the inclusion of breakfast made the rate a bargain. A bonus was that the bed was comfortable and was a real queen sized bed, with no "seam" in the center! The tram stop was just 1 1/2 blocks away so all of Rome was readily accessible. We know very little Italian and our hostess knew even less English comparatively, but communication was absolutely not a problem. Our room faced a courtyard which was not very interesting to look at but it did serve to buffer any street noise we otherwise might have heard. Breakfast each morning was prompt (homemade bread, coffee, juice and yogurt) and very good. Several good restaurants are within walking distance of the home. It was a fabulous experience with not a single misstep. We will use B&B of Rome next time we travel.
