Some like it hot… and some not!
16/07/2014

Searching for the Ponentino, the westerly sea breeze, which occasionally refreshes the sweltering summer evenings in Rome?
Or, are you just looking for a place with a view to cool down?
Either way, it is a must to visit the Terrazza Caffarelli at the Musei Capitolini, preferably at sunset when golden, pink and orange colors settle down upon the city.
Relax with an aperitif and admire ancient Rome below you.
Then wander around to enjoy views including the Pincio, Parco degli Aranci (the Park of the Oranges), at the Aventino hill, with the Gianicolo Hill just opposite.
On some evenings, the sky might light up with fireworks over Tiberina island!
