This 120 sqm (1300 sq ft) apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a non-elevator building in a family neighborhood of small homes and gardens in the Gianicolense district of Rome, right above Trastevere. It is a very quiet and luminous unit that will accommodate up to 7 guests with it's 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entrance is into a spacious living room with a dining table and sitting area and the 3 bedrooms are off this main room. One bedroom has a queen  bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms have single beds that can be joined together and share the second bathroom that has a shower. The spacious kitchen is well equipped for guest use. There is an Internet WiFi connection.  The welcoming hostess speaks English. The apartment is very convenient to the historic center of Rome being very close to the tram No. 8 stop that goes directly down to the historic center in 15 minutes. From there it is only a few minutes walk to some of the most historical sights in Rome: Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Venezia, the Spanish steps and the Coliseum. Also, from this point there are many buses that serve all sections of Rome.
Any initial check in later than 11 pm will require an extra payment of 25 Euros (to be paid upon arrival).
